Doesn’t seem right to hear Lou f’ing and jeffing Yep, didn't need it, it grated with me, I stopped watching half way through. I felt the swearing was in lieu of it actually being funny, which it wasn't. I love Lou but this wasn't his finest hour.

Doesn’t seem right to hear Lou f’ing and jeffing Yes I was quite taken aback at how salty his language (and actually his general attitude) was when I originally watched the episode. Could just be the Under the Cosh effect, guests maybe feel a bit obliged to chime in with Parkin & co's fuckin this and fuckin that every 5 seconds. Everyone I've seen on it has been the same.

Doesn’t seem right to hear Lou f’ing and jeffing Lou also quotes Neil as using the 'f' word in that clip, which I am quite sure didn't happen. Nello doesn't even use mild swear words, let alone the 'f' word.

If you watch the entire episode, Lou starts off not swearing at all and gradually breaks into it, which is a sure sign he got dragged into the laddish nonsense.
I find the podcast quite frustrating. I watch quite a few episodes and they actually cover some serious points - the Clarke Carlisle episode a few years ago was excellent. The Jimmy Glass one was surprisingly good, as was the Sonny Pike episode. The last one covered the trials and tribulations of a child prodigy whose career just combusted.
There's a whole load of repetitive 'I bet you had a good night out after that one' crap to take it completely serious though and that's a shame.
