He's maybe gone stale a bit at Blackburn, but I like the way he's built a progressive young team and got Armstrong & Brereton into too goalscorers.

He's actually done an excellent job there under the circumstances. Has pretty much built them from the ground up again under the Venkys. I've been pretty bullish recently about not wanting to change but we could do a whole load worse than Mowbray if we did change IMO. His work with Armstrong was outstanding. A clear 15M+ profit.

I could actually see MON and Mowbray working together if MON were to move upstairs. Both want to play football the same way & would advocate playing younger players??.

I watched Blackburn fan reactions and the chat about Mowbray sounded just like ours about MON.
Why 3 at the back at home, why isn't he going for it, why do his team's collapse later in the season, he's built this team and still failing, get rid of him because he's going nowhere.
