It's not so much the pre and most match music that is bad, it's the bit in between the two that is usually bad. That's the part we need to change.

I'd like Slipknots Disasterpiece, People = Shit and Eyeless before the game, folk wouldnt have a fucking clue what was happening, and all would be amped up/angry/confused.
After the game some Ramones to send me home happy.

Pre match music should be entirely the remit of 70s rock - it’s a law of nature. None of your modern day namby pamby dancey prancey stuff !!!! Wuzza. (aged 60 3/4) (aged 60.75)

They just need to chuck some Hans Zimmer on pre-match for a bit of dramatic build-up.
We’ve had Emimen’s tune blaring since the Boskamp days, time to change it.

I'm not sure why we have to be subjected to a stultifying blast of some dreadful pop music, I mean why can't we have a stirring piece by Brahms or Mendelssohn? They were both German composers. How about something from Wagner ? Beloved by Hitler.

I used to like Foo fighters pretender which they always played before a game also - This. Especially this Saturday by way of a tribute to Taylor Hawkins and also to stir up a bit of the Spirit of 09/10 when the club made that video to go with it on the big screen.

Indeed , the ultimate irony. Always felt that a rotation of Paranoid, Highway to Hell and Down Down would reflect the general mood 🙂

The guy who suggested Motörhead/Lemmy ….. yes stuff with a Stoke connection, Slash, Jackie Trent even ….. Robbie ….. to wind everyone up, it’d be a Marmite moment? Remember going to see Minneapolis basketball and in between each net/goal/point …. They’d play a bit of Prince or Bob Dylan (both local) Made sense!
