On train home now.
Great day, gutted as thought the least we deserved was a point regardless of the decision. Plenty to be positive about, got a good team now. Think we can really push on next season with a couple more signings. Still think we can get close to playoffs this season but ultimately our form since November has cost us. But not many teams would of gone to Forest and played as well as we did. Baker is the signing of the season for me, what a player we have on our hands for free.

2 points dropped by Bursik but well played the rest with exception of Allen and Brown.

I think MoN is making progress at Stoke
He joined us with one foot already in division one and massive debts, blocking the signing of proven players
He has made the team younger and our performances more ambitious and more entertaining
He has established us in the championship and started putting a smile on fans faces,
Our a results are still a little hit and miss , but he has made huge progress , on where we were , when he walked in to the club ,

But…… because Stoke City are the greatest team anyone has ever seen, I suspect it will be another century or two before all the naysayers are fully on board.

I think most would be ok with point beforehand but I think it’s fans frustration after being 2 1 up in injury time. That always feels almost like a loss doesn’t it? The main thing for me is people are beginning to believe again I hope! Yep and also the fact that we were a better side throughout also This and Hudders were 4 frustrating point dropped for differing reasons

I don’t post on here very often as I think it’s a site populated by 14-21 year olds or old men who don’t actually watch any games but have to this time. Anyone who doesn’t see what Allen does simply doesn’t understand football I’m afraid. Football isn’t FIFA on PlayStation. The ugly, the necessary, the simple need doing. If you are not seeing this then you are not watching or understanding. Whelan did it. Blokes around me slagged him every week. I despair. MON is a good manager and Allen is first on his sheet. Wales pick him. But a lad from Longton knows best.. I don’t really care less if you agree with me or not because I know I’m right. If you don’t then your opinion on anything to do with football is just null and void as it’s obviously something you don’t understand. Bye. I’ll see you all again in another 3 years or so when something else annoys me.

No offence mate but I was watching Stoke home and away in the 90s. Long before the Premier League years. Thanks for that revelation. I'll adjust my earlier challenge. Can you show a single example of a positive post you have made about Stoke since the 1990's? Not that I have to accept some internet no mark's challenge- or justify my Stoke support either- but I complimented Jacob Brown on his thread earlier this week (sorry, I don't know how to import a quote from another thread, you'll have to find it yourself). As for being a Vale fan, a Vale fan would hardly be peed off by Stoke spunking away a lead in injury time against 10 men would they? Give your head a wobble

I'm not a gambling man but I'd cheerfully stick a tenner on an away win. And that equaliser is why I am not a betting man and why Denise Coates has solid gold coat hangers and diamond encrusted dimmer switches.

I’ll give it a rest now, but don’t you think it’s just a little strange that you often post negative comments about players, team, manager during games, but couldn’t raise a single exclamation of happiness when we score a go-ahead goal in the 88th minute of a tough game?

Because I was too busy celebrating (and making a coffee so I wasn't in the same room as my phone). And if I don't post at all during the 90 minutes I'm more than likely at the game. Plus (not sure if I'm alone in this) I don't see the point in typing GOOOAL if we score as 20 other people have done likewise and everyone present knows that we've scored! Other than that, I don't think there's any merit in analysing my match day movements any further, you're in danger of taking a light-hearted football messageboard far too seriously 😎

It just gets really tedious to hear non-stop how crap our team/manager/players are, without ever praising anything good that has happened. However, if you get your jollies like that, ok. I'll continue to always look at the glass half full, and that's ok too.

If only the governments of Ukraine and Russia could see the benefits of "jaw", not "swallow". I, for one, choose to celebrate our all too infrequent victories by wearing a gimp mask of Mrs. Klingon's choosing. Each to his own, unless there's a lot of you.

I hope that we never evolve to a visual or Zoom type version of the Oatcake MB, the things some of you seem to get up to!

I just want our game management to improve- more points from losing positions, late winners/equalisers, seeing games like Forest out etc. Until that improves you can forget the play offs, although we aren't ready or are good enough for the top six at the moment anyway- Saturday proved that. That isn't negativity, it's realism.

Yeah, if there's a lot of us I don't know if we'll find enough Gimp masks; and if there's a lot of me, I don't know if I will find a Gimp mask big enough.

BUT, when the most positive comment you yourself can remember posting is "I'm warming up to him" and not even something like "that was a bit better from the lads, let's hope they continue to improve" when we play well, it does beg the question if you are just on a continual wind-up. Enough said from me, I won't be responding further.

Your input has been most interesting
