A draw would be a brilliant result really but feel we really need a win to put a bit of pressure on the top 6. Falling potentially 7 points behind again, it’s just a big ask. It’s one of those games where we could turn in a performance too, us lot should be up for it anyway!

13 goals in 2 games is insane, however they did go 5 without a win before those games……. Yep they’re due to be brought back down to Earth. Never say never in this league. It’s not even like their squad is any better than ours.

Id love to a see our old team of ryan and co v Fulham ideally on a wet windy day sure to end i a red for mitrovich and tearrs Wilson and carvellho after being bounced from Wilko to huth to Ryan and a couple of additional welcomes from Whelan and Rory with Rick marauding around their back four threatening murder and mayhem sadly we don’t have this about us any longer but what a thought Are they the same group of legendary Stoke players whom you routinely predicted disaster and relegation for every season for ten years?

Play our speedsters in attack against Fulham -- Doughty, DeMargio and Brown. And pack seven in defence .. Tymon, Jagielka, Wilmot, Smith, Harwood-Bellis, Allen, and Danny Baath (to mark Mitrovic). Bonham keeps.

Brown scored a nice goal but his all-round play as a centre forward was poor. He is still poor at controlling a ball, lacks composure and football intelligence. I can’t see him or D’Margio starting against Fulham. DWP, needs to be looked after, and throwing him in against Fulham will do him no favors. Tyrese is looking shaky but my preference would still be him and Fletch up top. I disagree, why revert to type…?.we’ve been atrocious up until Hull. We need to offer them something different,I’d keep Brown and D’Margio, play the lad from Chelsea too….they added drive and pace which is something we’ve been massively lacking. If we play our usual “to me,to you” bollocks we’ll get murdered. I’d rather see us going down giving it a go.

Some tough decisions for the manager
With Thompson, Baker and potentially Powell all in contention to to be involved will he change the midfield? Ince has to start in his form, Allen will 100% play ofc. I’m not a big fan of Clucas but he played well against Hull
Wilmott to replace Chester?
And up front…. Same 2 or Fletcher and Campbell to come back in

Hopefully (surely) we learn from the away game and don’t attack from the off, leaving them with space to play. And we need as much mobility as possible. Wilmott and Baker must start and this is the type of game Clucas struggles in, no space exposes his control. Bonham Smith THB Jagielka Wilmott Tymon Allen Baker Ince Brown DWP

Will Tymon be trusted hold his position and not go wandering forward? 😀

But I wonder whether he would swop ThB and wilmot. He seems to prefer Wilmot on the right and THB has played on the left before.

Bonham Smith THB Jagielka Wilmott Tymon Allen Baker Ince Brown DWP Think I'd definitely go with this, too. Good balance and should offer us plenty of creativity with some pace in there for good measure. Doughty off the bench is a good option, especially if they're tired. Think it would be silly to start Powell personally, if there is any chance of that.

I would go
Bonham (not sure how good he is as he hasn't been tested in the two games much, but hey).
Wilmot Jags THB
Smith Allen Baker Clucas Tymon
Fletcher Brown
We'll need to go long a bit, I think. DWP and Ince did well but it's a squad game and we have a crowded few weeks ahead.
Bench: Davies, Chester or Batth, Fox, Ince, Doughty, Surridge, DWP.
Powell will need longer I think, and Thompson can benefit from a bit more time too. Is Vrancic available?

This one is, almost, a 'free hit' isn't it? Albeit a win or even a draw would do wonders for our morale and send a message to other teams.
(But really, we shouldn't reasonably expect to win.)
So maybe ano - or the same - wacky baccy team selection will come up trumps?

+45 goal difference. Scored some great goals against Bristol City on Saturday. Would definitely take a draw. Their GD is insane. 11/10 for a Fulham win which is mad. They are good team who are just hitting their stride. Anything other than defeat will be a fantastic result. They've handed a couple of whuppings to quite poor teams in Reading and Bristol. However, their previous five games before that were 4 draws to the likes of Preston and Luton, and a loss to Sheffield. We have an injection of DNA with Jags, THB, Baker and DWP... not to mention the re-emergence of Ince. Fulham can be beaten and I have a feeling we'll squeeze at least a draw.

Hopefully they’ll pick up a couple of knocks against Birmingham tonight.
They’re already 1-0 up despite not registering a shot on goal yet.

It’s ridiculous.
They’ve scored with every shot on target.
68 goals in 26 games.
Mental.
