He's just said our attitude was good and if any team looked like they were going to go on and win it after we equalised it was us

2. He's got midfield players who he must know are not good enough as a midfield unit. But who else can he play in there? We'll have to wait and see if he can get a proper defensive midfielder in during this window and go from there.
OS.

Using that logic no manager anywhere would get replaced. Tactics, subs, game management and training are all on him so he told them all how to play and what he wanted and none of them delivered what do you do, over to you We should've just kept Nathan Jones then, he would say the same. In fact, scrap that. Let's just keep all managers in situ until they retire or keel over. Lose 20 games on the spin? Oh, the players weren't listening. Carry on gaffer.

With the injuries his options are limited but the changes should have been made earlier. Hindsight is great but we had 45 minutes of seeing that the formation was never going to work. It’s like that definition of madness thing, failing but keep doing the same thing.

I suspect that he may be more of a 'business manager' rather than a team and coaching manager, which is why Holden was brought in. So is Holden's approach in question?

Mick have a look at Derby tonight, midfield average age about 20, a club without a pot to piss in and they ran rings around us, we have youngsters at the club that could be given a chance or at least offer us something different than the shite we're subjected to tonight, it's becoming something of a regular occurrence same players playing the same shite so it's up to MON and his coaching staff to bring some of the younger talent through, Derby are up to their ears in shit and were probably backed into a corner but they did it and we made them look like PSG tonight. His (MON) excuses are wearing thin with a lot of supporters. Gouranga.

Anyone who thinks he’s gonna leave anytime soon is mad! We have two of our best attacking and defensive players out, no defensive CM and players have just come back from having covid. I ain’t excusing that crap and I don’t particularly like the system bored to tears of it. But do we have the right players to play anything else? Don’t think any system will improve the current midfield situation out. We have lost Thompson, sawyers and Powell and been left with maybe the most unbalanced CM I’ve seen us have. We look half decent away from home because teams attack us and leave gaps and we tend to see Vrancic in his more natural position. Blackburn, Derby, Boro, all played the same. Sit back, watch us mess up usually from GKs, or we play a high line with no mobility in CM and it causes us problems week after week. Unless we strengthen in Jan or get players back quick (if they come back to their best) we could well fuck up playoffs and in my opinion this league is average as we ain’t played that well and still have a bloody good chance. But MON ain’t going anywhere even if we don’t get in the playoffs… We don't have the right players to play the system he's stuck us with.

3.
3-5-2 works away from home. It does not work at home now, as seen in all of our games since WBA (and perhaps before).

10/10 -The inclusion of our young prospect and Shining Light (Ince) is testament to the Managers progressive managerial intellect. After this brave SCFC Home performance against a club on their knees, literally no loyal Stoke Fan can argue that we are on the up and receiving quality entertainment and excitement. MON is a visionary. We will have a battle to retain his services in the close season. I hear Accrington are formulating a Multi Pound deal to snatch him away from us. The future is bright. The future is MON. Keep the faith Boys. We are Going up. We are going up.

okay we have injuries but then so do all squads, but he keeps persisting with a predictable formation and passive game plan that isn't working at home and seems surprised when it fails.
The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result.
