No ambition ? what are going on about ? we were in the conference only a few yrs ago . we are owned by 5 luton fans with limited resources with an old ground with a capacity of 10000 ! many of our players were with us in league 2 /1 .we refuse to accept betting sponsorship and were the first club to pay all their staff the living wage . The vast majority of us are proud of our ownership and watching good football in the championship ( except todays dross ) . teh newcastle model is not for us To be fair that's amazing, to stay in the Championship under those restraints is a successful season year on year. Not sure how long your younger fans will put up with that model tho.

Looks like Harry moved Josh away from the psycho, he actually pointed a finger in Josh’s face, hope Mon had a word with him afterwards

Maybe Nathan Jones was asking him how come he didn't show the desire to play for him when he was the manager? Tymon has himself to blame for past performances, no one else. When Jones was here he lived and breathed it and he was let down by the players, let's not forget that and start painting him as a villain. I think Tymon has been poor lately but he's now a good player at this level, but he gave Jones nothing, I imagine Jones couldn't help himself and said something along those lines That's a very fair point. Comparisons with Ole and his 'superstar' Man Utd players today. Supporters will always take it out on the manager.

That's out of order from Jones We don't know what happened do we but that looks like Jones maybe taking it personally with the lack of commitment he got from Tymon in comparison to what we see from Tymon now, if that's it then fair enough

Where’s Bayern when you want him ? Writing a fantasy story about how awful Sawyers and Brown were, and how if he was the manager we'd have won 10-0 not 1-0 playing like Barcelona. In his padded cell.....

Tymon was a kid. If anyone should be upset it's Tymon for the Classless Welsh Windbag hanging him out to dry by substituting him 2 minutes from half time. That was a shithouse trick to pull on a young lad. And if he blames Tymon for how wank he was at Stoke then he's even wanker than he thinks.

if nathan is so crap , how come with no money he was able to get Luton to finish higher than you lot last season ?? Although you are obviously favoured to end up higher this season , having seen you , i wouldn't count on it . Why would a “fan” of another club ever go onto a different club’s forum and post? How strange.

They spent the entire match hoofing it up to their big striker and trying to play off the second balls. The amount of their attempted crosses that ended up with the fans behind the goal was comical.

This is ace. I've loved watching some of the football we've played this season, but I've honestly enjoyed watching us shithouse our way through the last couple of games just as much. It's been brilliant to see that we've still got that side to us. I honestly thought we'd gone soft.
Add a pissed off Nathan Jones and a shitload of salty Luton fans, and I'd call that a very successful weekend.
Have a good night folks 😃

We must be doing something right as we haven't had opposing fans coming on the forum for ages saying 'I couldn't watch that every week' 'crap team' 'worst side we've played' etc etc.
Long may it last! 🙏

i aint crying mate . have no interest in going into the premiership , just amazed how fixated you lot are on Nathan and how terrible to watch Stoke are . If Nathan was a film He would be one flew over the cuckoos nest And glad your aspirations are so low as you won’t end up being disappointed And you wanted to watch us when Jones was manager if you think that was bad 😱 Edward Scissorhands. He wouldn’t need tape on his fingernails then.

Jones just didn’t have the experience or the temperament for what was obviously a lot bigger of a job than most of us realised. We had a squad full of big names and it felt like we just missed a couple of pieces to get it to click. MON came in and stripped the club. That takes guts, vision and a consistent plan. I don’t think that Jones knew the extent of the issues he was walking into and I don’t think that he knew how to deal with such a long term project. His game to game selections were evidence that he wasn’t consistent with his thought process. His “buying two players for every position” without looking to remove the tripe left us with a hugely bloated squad that made MON’s job distinctly worse. Shawcross stated that his passion was very negative when we lost because his mood was so low and it was infectious. Overall, I don’t think he’s a bad manager for some clubs, I don’t think he has what it takes to build a club up when it is in the mires. I’m glad he’s gone. I don’t particularly like him.

It’s great to see comments like that. We haven’t been great this past month, however going into the international break off the back off two 1-0 away wins that we ground out is really promising. We’ve played some really decent stuff this season, but to go up you’ve got to dig in and get points on the board when you are going through a tricky spell. Hopefully O’Neil can get us going again & find the right balance between attack and the dirty/ugly side of the game. If so then we should be easily finishing the playoffs.
