Big wake up call the last 2 games. Not really, as I’m sure you’re aware, it’s a crazy league. One things for sure I’d never bet on a championship result!

I don’t think we’ve played particularly well the last 4 games, looked nothing like we did against Swansea

That's pretty much the story of the Championship though, isn't it? Those Swansea-type performances are as rare as hen's teeth in this division. There's normally 3-4 really good teams and then the race for the play-offs is normally between 10 slightly less average teams than the 10 below them. The only difference this year is there's probably not even the 3-4 really good teams. I still think we'll almost certainly be in the group of mediocre teams looking for the top 6 rather than the slightly more mediocre teams looking to avoid the bottom 6 - which is progress.

I thought the Barnsley game entertainment wise was brilliant tbh. We should have won 3/4-1. I know we didn’t but I can’t remember the last time I actually went to a game and enjoyed it that much.

Yeah, it was great fun.

The good news is today's results mean this league is looking just as hilariously chaotic and messed up as usual! You've got to take your hat off to Derby for pulling out any kind of result today. You have to be very good to be immune to the general madhouse of the Championship - and it's probably unfair to expect us to be there yet. But the good news is pretty much no-one else is either. Hardly any really good teams and hardly any really bad teams this year - and Derby certainly aren't in the group of really bad ones. We just have to sort the DM role if Allen is injured I think we should play Thompson as all the others are 8s? And Allen is not perfect for Dm but the Best we have at the moment? Yes I think so and if not fit try Thompson before playing Clucas or Swayers there?

Yeh it was genuinely the first time I e watched us on telly since relegation where I’ve made it to the edge of my seat! I’d prefer that TBF than a scrappy one nil against Peterborough sometimes. Call me a pervert if you like😉
