We want 5. Or do we. Keep Ten Haag 😉 That's a good question. I'd love them keep him for another season.. Finish 10th next year and no cups.

I like TH but he can't keep his job
Take the pay off. Buy a Breville sandwich maker, huge TV and get a yacht in Puerto Banus and fill with some Asian bunnies

Buy a Breville sandwich maker, huge TV and get a yacht in Puerto Banus and fill with some Asian bunnies He'll be sacked and the nice upshot of that is that another bald foreign manager will be given the reigns. They'll make another pigs ear in a total sea change of personnel and tactics and we can only watch with our bag of popcorn. What a shame.

Do away with Rashford wasted talent.

Only care re my own I think history plays a lot into this, mention a few names to people over 50 and the red mist will descend. I don't like a few clubs, I like to see these big boys fail as bell ends (see above) get very upppity-tuppity that they haven't won a game but are still 8th.

What did Man Utd expect playing Evans, Casemiro and Ericksen especially against that youthful Palace side.
They looked like Dad's Army.

If you’re ’of an age’ certain words will trigger you but leave the young ones baffled as to why. Pat Partridge. Stockport County.

How did Adebise play for Crewe? Their best player probably, but only because he wasn’t complete shit. They were honestly embarrassing. Good, I'd watched Rio from aged 6, Stoke and many other clubs were after him, but his dad kept him in local football until he was 12 or 13 then he went to Crewe. They've been playing him left back in a 4 or right wing back in a 5, he was always a central midfielder that had that Huddy look about him, so calm and made so much space for himself, I was surprised they'd put him in defence.

Have met you Spidey actually and had a chat over a scoop One of the few I recall I thought..there's a refined, sensible and nice chap Was a long time aho Not sure the feeling was mutual. 😉 Can't remember now Muff, possibly if it was with the "old" Oatie crowd when we used to meet in the Vine for the inter-board meet up.

Good to see Adam Wharton doing it in the Premier League. Top notch.
He'll be amongst the England Squad by the end of the year.

I'd happily see him in the squad now, but like you say it won't happen. Thankfully, we're not blessed with many midfield options so ' only playing for Crystal Palace' shouldn't stand in his way, although they'll do well to hold on to him past next season. I think he'll go to the very top.

Finding it hard to get excited about this CL semi. I like Dortmund but this is hardly a vintage team - they probably won't even be in this competition next year unless they win it. PSG are a charmless oil money club from a city that's ambivalent about football... and whoever wins will just get rolled over by Madrid in the final anyway. ho hum

Really impressed with how smart Dortmund have been tonight Last week could have been any scoreline, both sides should have scored at least 4 Keeping PSG at bay this time but still carrying a threat
