I want to see 4 because of the Vokes sub but not even I can do that 😂
7. It was an easy win and the only real negative was the subs.

He’s putting him in the shop window and hoping someone will take him in the summer. Moving him on is crucial if we want to replace him with anyone half decent next season. Casting him aside and making him train with the kids for 15 months earning £1.6 million isn’t an option unfortunately.

He’s got to be moved on somehow in the summer, this is the only way. I’d start him for a couple of games and hope to God he gets a goal or two like Gregory has, it’s the only way we will be able to bring in a quality front man without selling our best players.

Mick is right, we have to move him on in the summer, God knows how, his chip and chase towards the end was comedy gold..

8 from me. A good, solid performance topped off with a superbly worked free kick. I would have goven MON a 9 but the quality of the opposition was at best, very poor.

9 Could have been a 10, especially for bossing Batman's sidekick at their place but then... he just had to bring Vokes on didn't he.... Vokes actually played well when he came on. I especially concentrated on it. If we are talking about today’s game against Bristol CITY!! BM Sorry Mick!! xx

Mick (OS) is right. You can't really give MON less than 8 for an away win and a free kick which (for once) actually looked as if we HAD practiced free kicks from that area of the pitch in training. I've lost count of how many daft free kicks I have seen us take under ALL of our managers since we moved to the Brit. So it is quite refreshing when you see a good plan perfectly executed.
Given the recurrence of our injury problems, I feared the worst yesterday - even though we were playing a team on a very bad home run. But we never really looked like losing and MON deserves great credit for putting a team out which always looked like it was in control without playing well.
I wish players like Coates and Norton had been given decent game time but I understand why MON didn't want to change the side too much until late in the game. It was one of those days when I thought "1 goal isn't comfortable" and then when we scored the second, I immediately began to think "2 goals isn't really comfortable" - I think if I had been the manager I would have done exactly what he did and played it safe. Late in the season it may be but I do like to see a bit of momentum and 3 clean sheets in a row and 2 wins in a row is a platform to build on. I'd much rather have that platform and momentum than have given up a lead, as has happened far too much in the second half of the season.
Has to be an 8 from me.

Bristol had lost their previous 5 or 6 home games. It's usually us that teams want to play in those circumstances, but we bucked the trend.
Away win, clean sheet, solid.

Cannot really criticise a decisive away win and clean sheet like that.
Shows great promise for the future.
This season has been a bit up and down, but we mustn't forget the sh*tshow MoN inherited. Whilst it's disappointing we're not going up this year, games like this one show we have the right man for the job and he will certainly get us there in due course.
Therefore - 10.
