Once on the pitch the selected players have to take more responsibility
If this performance was against one of the bottom 6 teams, then a 0 for some poor defending and no way of getting effective passes to our forwards
Norwich are way ahead of us with the calibre of players (they've done well to retain the Premiership standard players), they have a winning formula from an established squad
Maybe MON didn't have the fine detail regarding the FFP restrictions, because there's no way we could afford some of the forwards suggested on here
Significant injuries have made a massive difference - indirectly , providing we stay in the Championship we will still have Campbell and Collins at the club
It's a 4 from me for today

Without doubt he must leave the club, probably a number of weeks ago to be fair.
His saving grace is that there’s no crowd screaming their displeasure and for the boards head as they’d do what they do and sacrifice the manager.
His football is shambolic and absolutely embarrassing

1 for good measure and then -1, for continuing to select Allen who single handedly kills our midfield mojo each week. Even when he isn't giving penos chasing players he let past him all match. Tired of it. Zero. MON you'd better get the sniffing salts or you're gone m8.

3 - but some of the players did him no favours. Fletcher really should be doing better in front of goal, Clucas was anonymous (again), Fox was sloppy all game, Allen really isn't up to speed and doesn't deserve his place in the team and the two young wingers looked like boys playing a man's game - Mantondo losing his man for the third killed the game but he's still learning to be fair. However despite the scoreline Chester, Souttar, Collins and Gunn didn't do a lot wrong.
I hope and expect O'Neill to read the riot act after that and I expect changes for the next game. I thought Mikel did ok but I can see Cousins and Thompson coming in for Allen and Clucas. Smith is an obvious one at right back Fox may retain his place because ND is still suspended but he needs to put in performance to retain his place. Upfront I'd be tempted to have McClean and Brown playing either side of Powell.

I said a while ago that he is a belt & braces Manager who plays for the point that he starts the game with. He'll never progress this football club. Young Coates probably thought that he would be a safe pair of hands, but he's proving a liability. O'Neill, not Coates. ( or both ?)

3. Team pretty much picked itself(in O’Neill world). Crap formation, rubbish subs. It’s painful to watch since Christmas. Come on Michael get ya balls out before it’s too late!

We knew they were better than us before a ball was kicked - so we learned nothing new.
We were in it at 2-1 and better performance than the 4's and 5's that we conceded against Derby/Wigan/Leeds in the 2nd half of last season.
I think the first game this season we have not been in with a chance of getting something going into the last 10 minutes of a game, given the squad and hand we are dealt at the moment I don't think we can ask for much more at the moment.
Move on - big game coming up

Another 90 minutes of me wondering what the manager's tactics are supposed to be, and watching the players making it up as they go along.
It won't change until we find a way of attacking the opposition. And that won't change while we continue to play an isolated striker.

6 - Not alot wrong with the team, considering what is available, two stupid mistakes made it look worse than it was. I don't think Norwich looked comfortable after the first twenty minutes, the mistakes made the game look easier than it was.
