The fact somebody knew to search it and has brought it back up to make more tedious and sexist remarks is sadly unsurprising. The thread was bought back to praise Laura Woods a female presenter🙄 Rightly so (though maybe a new thread title might have been preferential?). She's very good and one of the best out there. She's made the morning show more listenable again. Love her partnership with Ally McCoist. They work really well together.

Please don't tar all men with the same brush, not all of us go around abusing and attacking women but that's a different subject. Don't worry I don't but I do believe that there are some frustrated men for whom it is a small step from sexual remarks on a chat room and looking at soft porn type images of women's bums and boobs to going out and finding a woman to put their hands on those said body parts. I think anything in the public domain which sexualises women should be taken down immediately and the poster should be warned. That's not to say that amongst friends or family you can't comment on people you find attractive. That's a bit erm.....Victorian?

Probably for the same reason some people don't eat meat, it's just a preference, I go to many football matches with friends and one of them is a young lady who's very knowledgeable and will be known to many on here for away games and I have every respect for Nat and all women in football and in life but just sometimes things get taken out of context. It's an odd preference though? Surely it's what's actually being said that matters, not who's saying it? There are some some pretty peculiar people out there mate!

I've said it's OK with people you know but normalising that way of looking at women in particular amongst people you don't know can lead to issues for some people. There is no need on a football chat to publish pictures of sexy women or to talk about what you would like to do to them. Sometimes a thread disintegrates into this sort of thing.

That's a bit erm.....Victorian? wasn't Victoria a female, we should replace all male sports presenters and pundits with women, they should have to wear appropriate clothing that could not be sexualised by vile predatory men, ban all porn from the internet, ban anyone who makes sexual remarks on chat rooms, in fact why don't we ban sex completely, I find the idea of telling someone in your own family apart from your wife or husband of course you find them attractive frankly creepy.
