Poor goal record, does he get many assists? Seems quick though which is good. If a player has a good scoring record we’d be nowhere signing them We need to hope on landing a goalscoring gem as we won’t just sign one Agree and disagree. I’ve just seen his record on wiki tbh and he doesn’t even seemed to have scored for like the Welsh u17s etc. Just seems a bit odd to me considering how good he is meant to be. But he might not be a goalscorer and might bring other things to the party.

Are we looking at a winger and a striker, it is it one or the other?.

Was training with Man City's first team under Pep too apparently. www.bundesliga.com/en/bundesliga/news/who-is-rabbi-matondo-schalke-manchester-city-wales-3093-1963

Not as good as I’d expect for an 11m pound player though.

They spent 11m on potential based probably very much on u23 performances. It’s a massive fee for a player who when signed hadn’t played a professional game! Maybe bar a few in the autoglass trophy.

Journalist for Bild. Hasn't got many followers, but is followed by some British journos and does seem to have bylines in Bild. The Bild article did namecheck Brighton, Newcastle and Palace as potential interested parties - but can't see any way he'd get on the pitch for them. We're about his level at the moment you'd think? As a poster said above FM, staff here have links to him & you are spot on, this is his level 2yrs after he got the move & was the latest big thing Yeah - can't see how it'd be in his (or Schalke's) interest to sit on a Prem bench for 6 months. Championship and games does seem to make sense Welsh journo was tweeting about Champ interest earlier in the week

I'd recommend reading Winger's excellent book 'Walking Ollie - earning the love of a difficult dog' first, as greyhounds can be a bit fragile (or bonkers in Ollie's case). Greyhound Gap normally require a £50 donation. And then there's (not insubstantial) vet's fees. And a settee to themselves.

If he is a Rabbi, surely any signing would be due to political correctness, to ensure religious diversity within the squad.

Marc Goodfellow was really quick. Greyhounds to Gary Hackett was quick and excellant at putting his head down and running the ball out for a goal kick..or did i dream that.

Feels like the kind of punt we should take. Wonderkid that hasn’t really got going yet at senior level, but of the age where he should start to kick on if he has something about him. Hard to knock a loan move for a player that cost £11m two years ago!
