Hard to tell really. Would you admit to being a Vale fan unless you were really sure and committed?

I actually dont hate the strip. I was more concerned with how camp Robbie was on that video. Does he officially bat for the other side now? I used to date a gal from Toni and Guy in Manchester and the head stylist there ( I do know his name) was 'friends' with Robbie for about 2 years. Did he live in Betley ? Don't know much about the fella to be honest but sure she said he went to Betley a few times to meet him. I do remember some story re a woman (possibly a Spice Girl) they leaked to the press to make it look like a relationship which was a lie. He may just have been his personal hair stylist and been trying to impress , who knows.

Can’t understand the fuss, Robbie Williams has put the city on the map countless times and has obviously collaborated with his fave football team to produce a kit which is at best bold and at worst controversial. Can’t understand why people would feel need to be abusive/take the piss etc If an A list celeb followed Stoke I bet we’d all welcome him/her with open arms, including the design of a psychedelic team kit!! Are vale his fave team though? he was alleged to have had a season ticket at Chelsea back in the heady days of take that. He's a Stoke fan... like all Vale fans.

I know all is fair in love and war (and Vale fans would do same if we had a huge celeb fan) but I just find it a bit refreshing that a local lad would stick by the Vale. (Just as Hugh Grant is a Fulham fan even though I’m guessing his theatrical pals prefer Chelsea?) Robbie always said the Chelsea season ticket was a gift for a colleague/agent/manager?

Psychedelic red and white stripes I could go with that as long as there's more white than red

Yep, we were playing at Gillingham and vale at Southend. There was a rumour that he had a box at Stoke aswell. To be fair to Phil, he has always spoke highly of Stoke and said he likes to see both teams do well

There's a lot worse people in the world than Robbie Williams.
