We’ll never hear the end of it. Plastic scousers from all over the UK, most of whom have never been or would know where Anfield was. The media (SKY) are fawning over them so expect Liverpool specials for the next 6 months or so. Duckers.

What a bloody turn up. Well done to them, they're a phenomenal team. Agree. Klopp and Liverpool were made for each other really. And if anyone doesn’t like the media attention on this just wait until the shit win it again.

Personally, I'm chuffed to bits for them. Liverpool is the city of my birth. Not that I knew much about Liverpool. We moved around a lot in 'my' early days, and finally settled in Burton On Trent. My father, wanting me to support Liverpool, was always asking me when I was going to start supporting, "Your hometown". At the time, in days of old, we were driving through Stoke on the way to Liverpool to visit relatives quite often. Stoke had won the League cup, and a mate at school, Steve Gilmore was a Stoke fan. We were good mates. So I ended up going with Stoke City. That was 48 years ago.
Good times, and a lot of bad times, were headed my way. Joy.

Tin hat on (as always when I say this) but I quite like Liverpool. They've been absolutely incredible to watch this season, very well deserved.

Closely monitoring the facebook activity of the kids who supported Liverpool at school but seemed to simultaneously discover Stoke City in about 2008 There is someone who posts on here quite regularly that falls into that category

Some real greats come out of Liverpool, Arthur Askey, Leonard Rossiter, Keith Chegwin....they deserve it

Only the second team whose name begins with 'L' to win the PL, a fascinating fact.

They are a superb side and very deserving winners. But the ‘30 years of hurt’ stuff is a farce when in that time they’ve won two Champions Leagues, three FA Cups and are current world champions.

I'd like to offer my congratulations, but I can't bring myself to do so. Their rise has been steady since they fortunately won that semi final shoot out the last time i went there. And its been mirrored by our decline. I don't believe they ever apologised for treating stoke fans like shit outside the ground that day, with a crush being narrowly averted, so they can fuck off. Our club has to take responsibility organizing the coaches setting off at the time they did especially given traffic on A500 and M6 at that time. They had one turnstile open. For 4000 plus supporters, and didn't delay the kick off. Fuck em.

A 30 year wait has now ended Despite a season extended No fans in the Kop No handshakes for Klopp And walking alone recommended.

It was a shocking experience and no doubt they were at fault on numerous counts and not delaying kick off was a joke but it may not have happened if Stoke managed to get people there 1 hour before.

I know so let that be the last 'L' team. On a tangent with the formation of the PL the other divisions renamed thus Stoke Div 2 champs 32/33, 62/63 and 92/93 another fascinating fact

I've actually enjoyed watching them and far prefer their football to Citeh. I also like Klopp.
However I have to say that on the occasions over the years I've visited Anfield I've never enjoyed the experience. To me there was a massive disconnect between how Liverpool fans are portrayed in the media and the 'feel' of the place when you get there. Not just to do with location either - never felt that way at Goodison.

It's been like that for years, having to play "You'll never walk alone " through the tannoy for the TV cameras, even back in the late '70's. That's why I hate it when Stoke play Delilah that way...so feeble and cringeworthy

Global pandemic and they are pissing round outside Anfield, on that basis let’s all get down the bet 365 this Saturday and celebrate the safe arrival of players if it’s acceptable in Liverpool it’s fine in stoke! Here we are starved of our football stuck watching it on screens and they are fucking about with flares up lampposts they can get fucked

Fantastic for them, Well deserved and an inspirational manager. If we can’t at least recognise and salute the achievements of another team, I don’t think we deserve to enjoy the moment when it comes for us. Well done LFC. " If " it ever did come to us you can guarantee there wouldnt be all this bloody media coverage You mean like how the media ignored Leicester’s win?

" If " it ever did come to us you can guarantee there wouldnt be all this bloody media coverage I don't agree. There was plenty of coverage when Leicester won the Prem - and we'd get similar coverage if we did. Not that I think that is very likely in my lifetime. Then again a few years back I never thought we'd get to the Prem or to a FA Cup Final.
