With no McClean or Verlinden to call upon, no Diouf on the bench at least really would mean he's just counting the days to his departure. I think Gregory and Mame on the bench myself which give us the chance to present QPR with a new challenge later in the game.
You've left Ince out completely. Is that a mistake? Not that I'm a fan. And you've got three centre backs on the bench, plus Butland nowhere to be seen. Are you feeling alright?
Not to mention he's got us having just five subs, one of whom hasn't been passed fit. I know we lost a few men but we're not that thin on numbers. The Sentinel even has Jarrett as a contender for the LW spot.
But I have to say I rather like the concept of handing in a team sheet with 10 players as a true reflection of the team we've been playing all season, except for that one game, where TI was dropped.
Ohh the excitement!!!! It’s a 6 pointer! Gets my mind off my divorce. If I didn’t have my little uns and taking them to ballet today and being mummy bear I’d love to be at QPR cheering the lads on.
I felt empowered to see James McClean nudge that PNE player in the back and a brawl break out. Yes! We are stoke! We aren’t frightened and we won’t take any shizzle from anyone.
On Boxing Day my dad said this is the last game I’m going to (he’s 73 and tells me about the excitement of the build up to the 1972 league cup and thought the arrival of MoN might be like that with us flying up the table. We’ve been going to every home game since Boxing Day. I listen to my dad singing ‘Bruno, Bruno’ in the Boothen end to the tune of ‘Steino, Steino’ -when you’ve got Stoke in your blood, you can never give up on the Mighty Mighty Potters!! Back up the table we go. Keep the faith! x
