Personally think he is as good as most Rb in this league but he was at fault for their goal and got away with it on second half performance.

So other than being pretty negative with acres of space in front of him for the entire game and costing us the goal, he was great?

I was sat by our right wing first half and I thought Smith was positive all game. His play was confident and determined, and he contributed going forward with good passing and some decent crosses. Looked genuinely gutted that he couldn’t stop their goal, but it’s clear that Bruno and Butland need to share the blame for that one. I wasn’t his greatest fan but he’s winning me over.

He was terrible for the goal, weak as baby piss. If Edwards had delivered that there would have been a lynch mob out for him.
The third goal was all about Campbell's good work.

Having watched the third goal back a few times, you can't appreciate just how good a cross that was from Smith.
Hard and low, inch perfect to the near post.
Just the type of cross you can't defend.

You can’t have it both ways, yes it was a fault for the goal ( as were butland and BMI) but other than that he did nothing wrong today and a lot right

No mention of Smith on either of the threads where you’re castigating Butland.

Because Butland should catch the fucking thing and not allow Smith to be clueless but he didn’t so Smith was. I think Butland can stop it with some basic stuff though and it’s mostly on him. Doesn’t stop Smith being awful on it though.

You are making yourself look pathetic. You're a happy clapping idiot. We all have our crosses to bear. The people wilfully looking the other way as he cost us another goal whilst simultaneously continually slating Edwards are of course the real pieces of work here.

If we can somehow look beyond how dire he was for their goal, I honestly thought he put in one of his best performances in a Stoke shirt.
His involvement in Powell's goal was obviously good but he was doing that all game really.
He's currently our best RB. Another player MO'N deserves credit for.

Smith initially found Campbell with a good pass. Smith's driven cross got us the goal. And if we're being honest, Edwards has been guilty of being weak as piss at the back post all season. That's why he's currently not in the team.

You just lose any credibility as a poster with these comments. You don't think he was to blame for the goal? Why does someone always have to be at fault for a goal? The lad got his foot there first and it was a good finish. It was a good win and Smith did well, for whatever reason your posts have become totally over the top and negative recently and that’s a shame because you were a decent poster.
