I’m shocked. Shocked I tell thee..... An interesting early test for Johnson’s Government. Remember this review is a legacy of his predecessor so he may not feel bound to its findings or he may do something extra. If he allows cuts in his new Northern seats to increase funding in the southern shires without some positive action in response he may well find his credibility shot.

In fact it might be quite a clever play on his part to allow this report through, give it a bit of time for all the protests to occur on social media and forums such as this, and then come along on his white horse and say “that was then, but this is now”. And then ‘look after’ the north, just as he’s promised to do. It will be interesting to see how this plays out.

"credibility shot" That was done many years ago. "If he allows cuts" This is happening right now and has been ongoing for ten years, but its all Labours fault.

What's your point, sports fan?
We should invent a time machine, break all laws of time and space, forcibly rescind a vote, force through a dictatorial, authoritarian cunt and live forever in a morass of contrived, grey equality?

Just pray that you or any other member of your family doesn't get sick and need social care or the NHS or that you have to rely on a Policeman or a Fireman or that you want your children/grandchildren educated,I'm assuming you live in Stoke and not Buckinghamshire. It's a 12% cut for Christs sake, that goes beyond politics into something which is an attack on this area which I love and do not want to see its people harmed and believe me these cuts will hurt.

You just have to laugh it off at this stage. Nothing on offer in the election appealed to me, so I didn't vote. It was still fairly obvious what would happen under a Tory government and yet nothing would've really been likely to improve for Stoke under a Labour government. The best hope is that going forward the seats in Stoke becomes somewhere worth contesting between parties in the future.
Personally though, I don't hope members of my family get sick or need additional support in any circumstances. No matter who is in power.

It's nothing to do with Brexit, this was set up in Theresa May's government and there was a thread on it, where it doesn't look to distort facts like you have saying they've taken it from Stoke and given it to Buckinghamshire
