Needs releasing! Now you are just being daft. Take it you haven’t watched him this season then. An absolute liability. I certainly have and while there is an argument for dropping him as I said, needs releasing is just daft.

Made a great save from a free kick in the second half. I have been critical of him but he's starting to look better lately, it doesn't help that he hasn't got a commanding centre half in front of him. Gouranga.

We need to sell him or loan him or drop him. God that's wank, there's something really satisfying about seeing another team cheer when you know we're about to put 4 goals past them

I never thought I’d say this, but Carl Muggleton is no longer our worst ever goalkeeper. Have you forgotten about Barry Siddell or Gordon Marshall.

Or the alternative is it doesn't help the defenders knowing they have a flappy keeper behind them.

We need to sell him or loan him or drop him. Christ that looks bad...but astonishingly not as bad as the 1st Tbf the first looks like someone loses Mounie which allows him the run on Indi and then Indi has no chance. Which imo is the main issue with this one. Butland should come for it it but I don’t expect him to, I know I should but I don’t.

If he keeps standing like a statue on his line when balls are crossed into the six-yard box, we’ll always be vulnerable and the opposition knows it.

Looks to me like Indi is being held down by their player, preventing him jumping, clever move by them.

Think after the Brentford match he will be on his way, he needs a move away, personally I think a loan abroad would do him good.

The second one is just Butlands ball.

Poor Championship teams are targeting Butland from set pieces, that tells you all you need to know.

I'm hoping Davies is going to be our 'cup keeper' on Saturday and we can have a look at him. One thing for certain, we can't keep playing Butland. He's completely gone, a 6'4" 14 stone gibbering wreck when the ball is crossed into the box.

I have been critical of him but he's starting to look better lately, it doesn't help that he hasn't got a commanding centre half in front of him. Gouranga. Kept us in the game first half at Fulham with some brilliant reaction saves - that's his strength. But... still is weak on crosses, which is arguably why an opposing forward can get a free header plum in the middle of the 6 yard box for their first goal, and is definitely why we conceded the second goal today.

He's been so poor for so long now. His distribution has gone off a cliff and his ability to deal with crosses is non existent - look at this game and the boxing day game, 4 set pieces all in to the six yard box and he gets nowhere near them. The first one today, he has a clear path no attackers or defenders blocking him, and it's headed from 3 yards out. He still remains a quality shot stopper.
Davies has to start Saturday v Brentford

The thing is even if he came for crosses if he didn’t get to the ball he’d probably draw a foul so much protection do keepers get.
