We cannot keep persisting with him. Offers very little. No one can see any potential in him. He hasn’t got the mentality or ability. Get him on the market next week.

Ince is 100% proven at this level. There is obviously something wrong. We just need to find out what the hell it is. He can waltz this level.

Time and time again he goes hiding so many times yesterday he disappeared into the middle and left nobody available on the right hand side when the play got switched.
For the life of me I cant work out why when he receives the ball with to his feet from say Edwards or Smith he feels the need to run back towards them with it inviting more pressure and gifting the opposite more opportunities to turn over possession in our half?

Poor mans Etherington, Shaq or Arnie. The standard we are at and will have to live with for a while.

Play Diouf there and use Ince from bench until he pulls his socks up.

Worth bringing on in the second half in a game. Has not done enough to be on the team sheet every game.

Total passenger for me, can’t continue to carry him, needs to go A passenger that was a big reason Clucas had a great chance to smash it straight at the keeper, he's out of form going forward but he was far from a passenger.

God help us if he’s out of form going forward as he’s pathetic at the defensive side of things

I've given him some stick before but I am noticing at least an increase in intensity. He can do it at this level under the right conditions. I think under the current struggle his footballing intelligence shows up to be sub standard. Makes the wrong decisions more regularly than the right ones. We need him to improve because we are going to need him.

On the fence. A month ago I would have gone along with the 'lazy', 'indecisive' way of thinking, but think that since then we've seen more effort and more direction. Maybe the new manager has had some effect?

He brings something different to the team. He is capable of going around players effortlessly, and has also the capability to hit a powerful left foot shot. No matter what the majority of the supporters believe, he is definitely a class player at this level. He appears very much to be a confidence player. If the supporters are not prepared to encourage but continue to criticise, and vent anger, you will never witness the true Tom Ince. Luckily, for me at least, I think the Manager also believes in that potential.

He takes too many touches, thus bringing pressure on himself. Yesterday there was a perfect example of it where he got the ball on the touchline, in our half, and instead of passing it to Smith early and make a run down the line, he tried to dance his way out of trouble and was pushed back nearer to our goal thus putting pressure on to us.

I gave him the benefit all last season as he showed some moments of class, this year, for me, he’s been a liability. I was at Middlesbrough and he was appalling, the ROI on Ince has been appalling poor

He’s not brilliant at the minute but he’s clearly talented and is a threat for the opposition. You can’t excuse him shitting out of tackles but he’ll come good. I’d like see him play behind the striker but this formation won’t allow that.

Move him on as soon as possible. We need to start rebuilding the foundations with players who as a bare minimum have a drive, commitment and a will to win. He has none of those attributes and offers nothing. Fucking give him away if we have to - just get his wages off the payroll and move on. Let's start shifting out some of the wasters immediately. We can bring Verlinden back from Bolton at the earliest opportunity and get him in the side.

He has no pace and no bottle, at the age of 26, we were the ninth club he had signed for. I know it appears that he's already a journey man, but some of these were short term loans when he was young and trying to find his feet, which clearly he did at Derby where he scored 35 goals in 105 appearances in this division. If he can recapture that kind of form, he could still be very valuable and useful here.

A powerful left foot shot - unfortunately never on target ( 1 goal). A class player at this level- as he demonstrates on a weekly basis! We are witnessing the true Tom Ince - an average one paced one footed lower championship upper div 1 footballer. O’Neil picks him because he wants somebody who he can call a winger- with a bit of luck he will give Verlinden a run in the New Year, then we may very well see a winger who can beat a man, cross the ball and use both feet.

As long as the manager rates him, we should keep him. When MON says we should sell, we should sell. Just my opinion, but as an over-the -hill geezer who has never managed a sootball team, I trust the judgement of an international manager who took his country from 122nd rank to 22nd rank way more than my limited knowledge.
