You can tell he’s a calm, measured bloke who can probably blow his stack if he wants to. He’s played more like Jones apparently wanted to in that game more than Jones ever managed. Whether it’s respect, keeping it uncomplicated or what, I don’t know. But I like him. Can’t go to OTT yet obviously but you can tell he’s going to be respectful and respected already in my opinion.

How refreshing was that interview, no over the top comments, just cool calm collected. Exactly what we need at this moment in time. Jones was either depressed or on a high, he was never just calm and relaxed. We have a proper experienced manager at the helm now. On to the next.
