Surprised Murray could speak with O'Neill's cock in his mouth, then. He really, really loves him doesn't he?? If we had a national manager with the relative success MON has had with NI, we'd be World Champions three times over. He's taken them 100 places up the rankings with Championship and League One players!

Really liked Paul Gallagher when he was here when he was younger but by the sounds of what Pulis just said he wasn’t always the hardest worker or much of a team player. Think we all sort of knew that at the time but he’s had a good career at this level and is still Preston’s go-to guy. Even if he was a bellend against us last season, I still think he’s a top player technically.

Ive gone from thinking O'Neill is a no mark to thinking he's probably the 2nd coming of Alex Ferguson

March will be sitting there with the tissues at the ready😄Pulis doing the punditry March will have recorded every second, and have it as his phone ringtone.
Ring Tone ...... get it?

Can't argue with what Pulis said. If only he practiced what he preached and littered an industrial style of football with a bit of style and an attempt to play football, he'd still be managing in the Premier League. Exactly. Playing players in their correct positions was his first assertion. Bang on, but not something he favoured that much himself, regularly playing centre backs as full backs and forwards as wingers. BM

It was a brilliant finish but that goal is exactly why I hate seeing a goalkeeper taking free kicks out on the touchline. (Well I don't mind other teams' keepers doing it just not ours!)

Ian Holloway hasn't got the first fucking clue what he's talking about. How he ever made it as a successful football manager I'll never know.

In fairness to Tone, fair analysis and magnanimous there 100% agree. Well done Tone. Regardless of what anyone says, at the end of the day, he is one of the top 5 managers Stoke have had. (but thank heavens we don't have him back )

I wonder if march fantasises about being TP's wife- cooking him dinner, tidying the house etc.?
I'm thinking Robin Williams in One Hour Photo, but with TP it'd be more like One Shot on Goal?

I've never watched the Quest highlights program before but I enjoyed that. No so much for the highlights themselves - which were pretty well identical to what Stoke are showing in their online highlights package. But I quite enjoyed the discussion afterwards. TP seems to be inpressed with MON's start - and makes the obvious point (which still needed to be made) that playing players in their preferred positions was crucial. It is becoming apparent that Jones put too much faith in the diamond, which had worked so well for him at Luton, when he simply didn't have the players to make it work. This is a bit odd considering that he bought enough players in the summer that he could/should have had the players to make his system work.
Hopefully Jones will learn from his errors at Stoke and resurrect his career because I'd like to see him do well. In the meantime MON walks on water as far as I'm concerned and if he sorts the defence out I'm sure we'll have a decent season after the horrendous mess that he inherited. Onwards and Upwards - I hope!
