Difficult to comprehend the mentality of youths in organised criminal thuggery on the 30th October now called Mischief Night. The news article on Liverpool's troubles was horrific. A new development of 15 disabled peoples' homes trashed to the tune of £70,000 and instead of opening in December now put back until February and the extra cost of security until then. Emergency services called out and attacked even police cars trashed. Something like 20 buses vandalised meaning no service to places like Bootle running. Shame they can't bring the army out with rubber bullets, water cannon and tasers. www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/news/liverpool-news/full-timeline-mischief-night-misery-17176580

Posted on the other pages about this (mentioned the army), or find the tweots who were involved, and make em work in the pouring rain and freezing cold putting it all right again, with no pay! I feel for the people who do all the work, and the money wasted, that could go to better things. If they cannot behave in a decent manner, they deserve all they get! Discipline needs bringing back!

Tonnes of little shits on my estate the other day cant have been older than 14 with eggs to throw at people, had to walk through a group of about 20 of them, they were definitely thinking about it and in my head I was already going to paste some of them anyway. How do you wade into it...

How do you wade into it... Society has made them untouchable. You can't retaliate, lay a finger on them or even film them without you getting into trouble. Back in the day I remember being in a gang of a similar number without these issues. The self policing from parents and neighbours meant it would have been a no go area in any event. The repercussions at home from a visit from the police was unthinkable.

I used to work in childrens homes years ago but I left because you couldn't discipline or even sanction a child for bad behaviour.
As a result they became uncontrollable and wouldn't do anything they didn't want to.
When they left care with virtually no education because they wouldn't go to school it wasn't long before they were misusing drugs and getting into petty crime.
They couldn't hold down a job even if they had the inclination to get one in the first place (most didn't) and at least two thirds ended up in prison or psychiatric units.
If your own children misbehave you tell them off and/or remove a pleasurable activity.
You can't do that with these children. You're not allowed to and if you do it will lead to a complaint been made against you.
Ask anyone who's worked in children's homes.. They'll tell you the same story.

Beating your kids up is not acceptable but a smack when they are young does no harm and teaches discipline and helps you to use different non physical punishment as they grow older.
We had this discussion a couple of weeks ago
Scotland have banned smacking the rest of the the uk will surely follow. There is no hope.
Like wizzard said these kids just get into a no hope circle of drugs unemployment etc. Then they breed kids who do the same
Politicians are about to spend 6 weeks blaming each other for broken Britain and how their policies will change it.
They need a policy to stop little cunts remaining little cunts. More youth clubs are not always the answer. Carrot and the stick. Somethimes they need the stick

I definitely think there's a place for some sort of military option when the little shits get into bother with the law tho, offer a reduced sentence in return for a stint being instructed by some ex forces blokes, if they duck out early they serve their full sentence in a normal detention centre. Like the Bad Lads TV show thing they did a while back.
