This may be my fave Musik thread (though the laundry room was my introduction and I do love some of the surrealism) Also bravo to everyone. Not a big movie guy but there are a couple on here I adore and a couple I did the “gotta watch that again” I may have to do Snatch later today after seeing that clip.
Thanks all

Sometimes little innocuous lines stick in my head more than the famous quotes. One of my favourite lines from Scarface is when Elvira says "What would Frank say" and Tony replies nonchalantly "I like Frank you know... only I like you better"

Clearly such a well known and fascinating film. Its strange to think that its now 55 years since its release. "The British don't like more than one defeat in a day." "Looks bad in the Newspapers, and upsets the civilians at their breakfast" Fabulous. And with the intro voiceover by Richard Burton. Perfect. I saw it at the ABC Cinebowl in Hanley. Me too

"Is it safe?"
I just remembered something from a movie, some sadistic so called dentist interrogated someone about something, but the latter had no idea what it was but the dentist kept repeating the question.
Dustin Hoffman in the chair. "Marathon man" I think.
One of my favourite movies of all time I guess, but to make sure I have to see it again.

"Now, if that's a fact, tell me, am I lying?"
True Romance. The end of my all time favourite film scene. Such a superb movie with such a great cast. Walken was amazing in it too.

Yes - both delightful and I found the shock of seeing young Miss Huckstable naked alarming! Dr Huckstable, in now seems, would have approved greatly - if she were unconscious! 😲

Outlaw Josey Wales. On now, quite a few good one liners in this.

There are memorable quotes from some movies, my favourite is from young Frankenstein, " give me a hand with the bags" , Marty Feldman replied I'll take the blonde you take the brunette . Cracks me up every time Werewolf? There wolf... there castle.
