I'd like to spend a couple of hours in a locked room with him explaining exactly how i feel about him. I'm not sure I would ever tire of punching him in the face.

I’d actually forgotten about that crucial little titbit. It’s what we paid for Shaqiri 😳 I'm a massive hypocrite, because I thought he'd be a player that would be great for us in the Championship but would need to be replaced *when* we got back (snigger). He's turned out far worse than I ever imagined. A total shithouse of a player that I can't wait to see the back of.

I’d rather his dad play in midfield.

IMHO
Ince plays for Ince. He is, and will continue to be an EFL mercenary who will in 2/3 years disappear into obscurity.
An awful signing for a club looking to reignite it’s EPL credentials.

How many times are we going to have a man free down the left just for him to take a shot from 20-30 yards through a crowd of players? His decision making at crucial moments is awful.

He is woeful sorry. We need to try and offload
We can add the useless Clucas and the terrible McClean to this too, combined 24 million wasted on 3 players

And to think we had people on here calling Arnie a show pony !
MA was /is 100 times the player Ince is.
The fact that Ince still ( when he is on it ) looks better than most is a frightening indictment as to how far we have fallen.

The thing about Tom Ince is that, while he does have some ability (though nowhere near as much as he thinks he has), he’s totally one-footed, his shooting accuracy is poor, he hasn’t got much of a footballing brain and, worst of all, he is an utter wimp! Bottles out of challenges and loses the ball so easily that he is a liability. Get rid.

I've defended him this season and have said on many occasion we need him in the team. But he was awful tonight and it's been that way for a few games now. Simply hasn't contributed enough this season*. He's meant to be the creative outlet but he just hasn't been. *largely because he's a winger being played centrally. He refuses to get involved by doing simple things such as tackling the ball, also going forward, or running back to help defensively. He's the very reason (not the only one of course) that the diamond hasn't worked for Jones here. He's put so much faith in Ince, yet Ince continues to play for himself and he continues not to play in the middle but seeking refuge wide where he remains unnoticed for large portions of the game, each game. I sort of get the feeling that Jones thinks so highly of a player with THAT name that he treats Ince the way Lambert treated Shaqiri, like he's so good that he doesn't have to bother tackling or working defensively. Except of course Ince isn't that good. He's no good.

I went with a mate who doesn't support Stoke, he couldn't believe how useless he was and how much he went missing, drifting in then middle of pitch offering no support out wide. His positioning for corners in the first half was pointless, not close enough to his man to stop a pass being made and in a position where he couldn't affect anything.

Amazes me that nobody brings up the fact that as well as been a gutless show pony he one of the slowest players on the pitch. Can't take on a man so reverts to looking good tricks that every fan of every club he has played for are sick of. Utter dross and completly worked out by our fans after 10 games last season. You missed out except when he is just about to be substituted because for those 2 or 3 minutes he will sprint 40 or 50 yards and take on his man on the outside, presumably in the hope that the fans will be surprised to see him substituted. The "problem" yesterday was that with all the subs having been used, he didn't even need to bother doing that. If the 4th official could be persuaded to hold the substitution board by his side for 90 minutes with the red No 7 just showing he might improve.

At least seven players were worse than him vs Nottingham. Noone was good apart from Etebo, Ndiaye and Gregory. We need players who can move.
He is that sort of player that would shine more with better players around him. Just like Bojan.
What were his options? Pass it to the refrigerators Powell or Vokes? Don't make me laugh. I understand why he gave it to Edwards. It was embarrasing to even try to make a cross. Besides, it was probably part of the game plan, since some of the players obviously need more practice how to hit a ball right ... You can't blame Ince when McClean and Edwards had a bad day with their crosses.
And to keep it low with a pass into the penalty box (which obviously was Ince's role in that game) requires players who move their asses. Ince is having problems making passes to himself ...
Much had been won in football if they ONLY had players who could make a fast move. Pace is the difference.

When I watched some of the preview back on sky this morning, I noticed they brought a stat up saying, when played on the left 2 goals. When played in the centre 2 goals, when played on the right wing 40 goals!

He's the wizard of dribble with pin point shot accuracy. A right regular professional. No, actually he's a sultry bellend and I'll be overjoyed when he pisses off too.

Never been a fan, fairweather player, if I had a pound every time he cuts back in or does one of those fancy pissing flick trick back heel useless moves I would be in the warmth of a box not boothen seat. If he concentrated on his game with out giving the ball away he may be a better player, frustrated to watch him because he shows very minimal talent in a game.

Everything you all say is true. For me it was epitomised halfway through the first half on Friday. We had a throw in in front of the John Smiths stand and he pointedly looked towards their goal and away from the thrower - not interested in having anything to do with the throw at all. Just couldn't be arsed. Shameful behaviour and absolutely typical of the shit house. Just one example of what is wrong at the club.

Rubbish, utter rubbish player. He's so one footed he can't even turn to his right. Reminds me of Zoolander ...brilliant film shame Ince isn’t ...he’s a massive disappointment. as a football player ...never an end product to anything he does ...other than the lucky goal a few games ago ...which he was as shocked as everyone one else was that he drilled one in from distance ...usually if he shoots there’s about as much pace on the ball as a 5 year old could muster ... sorry but he needs to go...
