Even Bojan wouldn't be able to help us in the mess we're in. Messi, Ronaldo, and M'bappe couldn't help even if they all played in the same team, ours. Guardiola wouldn't be able to coach us properly. We have to restart completely from scratch. It's probably better we do it in L1. Messi, Mbappe and Ronaldo would help us actually as would pep as our manager. The problem is our manager is very poor and can’t cope without Harford to hold his hand. On top of that he has signed awful players. He needs to go and Hughton needs to be in charge Monday morning and he’d get us the 12 wins and 12 draws we currently need. Then he can rebuild in the summer. It's because the poor sod has sold our best players and bought some of the worst that none of the three superstars can do a thing for us. How do you Ronaldo would react if he had James McClean as his partner on the left? For Pep to work his magic he needs players with a certain pedigree. He refused to work with Joe Hart because of his poor ability with his feet and his poor distribution, so how do you think he would react if Butland, who's even worse, was his keeper? Hughton as our manager? Just wishful thinking. It's not going to happen.

I did not say the cup had only been around for that amount of time, I said that was when TFC first entered it. Yes, the final was between two MLS sides, I was implying that they both played scrubs to get there. You have proved my point by stating the Canadian Cup is different than the MLS. The last point was the only one I was making originally.

They have, in fact, played in the competition since its first season under the new format (2008).

Nell’s....just answer me one question. Yes or no and not graded on a curve.
Is the Canadian Cup, a cup, which is awarded by the MLS?

Thanks
I think we all are after that.
Really was the only point I was trying to make, and I think I mixed up Toronto and Montreal so....humblest regards

He didn't look fine to me when he was being outrun by a CB, who had given him a 2 yard head start. The only myth being perpetuated on here is that Bojan was back to his best. As I stated, it is sad, but it is true Do your research ,when he came back from his cruciate, he was instrumental in wins over Man City, Man Utd and others, this was the time of the BMX period. There's plenty of threads on here giving the timeline. The idea he was finished after his injury has been debunked so many times on this site with cold hard facts. Trying looking at facts rather than conjecture.[/quote] I look at the games, by being there, and see with my own eyes. Stats would tell you Stoke should be top half this weekend, reality is we are 2nd bottom. Try taking off the rose tinted specs.

Whatever, you're just making yourself look silly now and I'm happy for you to do it. As I said the evidence is there, if you could be arsed to look for it, that Bojan came back from his cruciate and was part of the team that outplayed the likes of man City, Man Utd and others and he was a key member of it and playing his best football for Stoke. As I said look at the timeline, it's not difficult, he had his cruciate injury before being part of the BMX trio when he was playing the false number 9 and he was ripping teams apart.

So there we have it...... Bojan, Afobe, Berahino all misfits at Stoke, all making an impact with their new clubs. Something very deeply disturbing how Stoke City try and bring out the best in players. Are they over-coached? 👍

They love him so they clearly must be deluded. Next they will want Pulis as manager...
Good to see him playing regular football. But it was always going to be the case once he moved on. The guy is a champion.

I see you're trying to draw some sort of parallel (I think) I just can't see what it is.

I'm just glad to see Bojan playing regularly (And playing well), enjoying his craft and being well received by the supporters of his new club.

As am I, obviously I wish it was us, but NJ is obviously more clueless than a lot of us realised. I just don't get what it's got to do with a manager who is probably one of a very select few that would be less likely to play him than NJ. Ah well, move on

He can’t play two games in a row.
He can’t train.
Blah blah blah
The same shit was said about Huth.
Maybe we need a new medical team?
