I’ve got to the point where I’m genuinely not bothered anymore...... It’s strange but if we win the next game(HIGHLY unlikely) I’m thinking ...’yeah and’ Cheers Stoke !!!!!’ Exactly how I feel. To deal with it I've turned to laughing and shrugging my shoulders. We are an absolute clown show and the people to blame for it all are still getting off scot free. You have to just shrug and laugh because were the punchline to every football related joke possible. Jeez it's bad at the moment, I barely even celebrate when we score anymore.

I'm just not enjoying it at all and haven't done for a long time. Not just because we're not winning, Stoke haven't won much throughout my life. It's just been so soulless and mind numbingly dull for what seems like forever. It's just a horrible, horrible experience right now. I know what you mean but I wouldn't call it dull. Dull is win one, draw one, lose two, win one and on and on. This is worse than dull, this a club in total free fall. If Denise Coates stops playing ball, we are fucked.

I still can’t get my ahead around how quickly everything has gone to complete shit. How on Earth can we go from beating Liverpool 6-1 to League One in only four years?! And how in the holy fuck has it been allowed to happen?! Utterly baffling is what it is. Serious questions need to be asked and answered.

It makes me so angry & pissed offf, because I predicted we'd be in League One next season as soon as the rumour started we were giving TP the boot. I heard the rumour on TV & I said 'don't you fucking dare do it!' And they obviously did, then everything we had spent years doing going from crap to Premier League & only FA Cup final, for what? A succession of 2nd rate bosses, with another probably popping up next week. It doesn't matter who comes in as boss (TP could reverse it almost overnight) we are going into League One next year & wont get back in the Championship till 2025/26.

I just don't know how else to say it, it's heart-breaking what's happening to my team. Gouranga. 8-) Getting a life outside of football might help. Oh and starting thread after thread makes you looks sad, just saying.

Oh and starting thread after thread makes you looks sad, just saying. I have a very good life outside of football, and I was sitting here working while listening to the match commentary, typing a few lines on here takes all of 30 seconds, so what's your excuse? Just saying. Gouranga.

The thing is, even allowing for the manager getting everything wrong, you'd think that at some point the supposed extra quality of our players would kick in and they'd click at some point, even if just for one game. But they never do. How can that be? I've been watching us for 45 years, and I've never ever been remotely as confused as I am now. Just nothing makes sense about our fall. I dread every game now. For the first time in years, I forgot we were playing. I popped Radio Stoke on before 9pm, heard it was 1-1 and decided to listen to music instead. It's the first time I've missed a game through choice (not being on holiday and such) since our pre-Premier League Championship days. I'm still not "Jones out." It seems to be much deeper than that.

Four managers have now failed to get a Stoke team playing remotely like a football team, so I agree there's something more than just the managers at fault. There simply has to be. At the same time, if you're going to make promises about fast paced, youthful, athletic, attack-minded, winning teams and you end up with what we've got and where we are, then I'm inclined to believe that he personally has failed us. Some of his signings have been young enough to have ticked one of the boxes, but the rest.....? Sorry, I do genuinely like the guy, but man, what a massive disappointment he's been. Honestly, I hope he goes on to have a great career. I wish him no ill at all. But I'm as patient as they come, and for me, he's got to go. Now.

I can honestly say this is the worst I’ve felt since supporting Stoke 39 years ago. Yes I’ve seen us during the Ball, Kamara and Little years. Was there when we lost to brum 7-0, and seen us getting knocked out of the cup to Telford.
However, considering where we were just a short time ago, the apparent self destructive nature of our club just cuts that much deeper for me. This will go down in history. This is a Stoke fuck up of the most epic proportions and it bloody hurts.

I was actually quite envious of Crawley fans tonight.
Cracking little stadium, completely full with a decent atmosphere. Young team average aged 23 fighting for the cause. Content with being a relatively small club punching above their wait.
It’s the hope that kills you.......

But we all knew it was going to take time, and some of the signings are stop-gap. I also think he/the club expected more players to leave. Maybe Jones' biggest mistake was saying promotion was the only aim this season.

Promotion wasn’t really on my compass this season. I just expected a bit more of the athletic, attacking stuff. I mean look at the signings West Brom made for a relative pittance. They were all the signings many on here were saying we should be making. They also lost a shitload of goals from their side. But look at them now. Look at us now. I’m sorry mate, the signing of Vokes was symbolic to me. He was the opposite of everything we were told Jones would be looking for, and he cost us £9m. I could weep.

If we lose against Forest and they don't sack NJ then the club needs a proper Psych evaluation.

Sad and disappointed somewhat. But more angry then anything else that the club doesn't do or say anything about what's happening. The club should at least make some sort of statement to a least show supporters that they are a wee bit concerned.

We just didn’t recognise what all the fuss was about, but we’ve learnt lessons and are now looking to improve

The whole situation has gone way beyond bizarre. I said this in our Premier League relegation season - we need Professor Steve Peters!
