This is the world record though AS Adema 149–0 SO l'Emyrne was a football match played on 31 October 2002 between two teams in Antananarivo, Madagascar I’m pretty sure this was done in some kind of protest, and it may have been mostly own goals.

Wonder if it ever gets boring going to a match knowing that 99.9% of the time you're going win?

Wonder if it ever gets boring going to a match knowing that 99.9% of the time you're going win? Listening to a phone in a few months back, yes apparently it does. There were fans on there saying they pick and choose matches now after going for years as it's boring turning up and winning all the time and dominating all the ball.

I dont miss this one bit, 7-2 was bad enough for us to lose there by in 2017 but 8-0's gotta hurt incredibly. & even though its early on in the season, Watford's run of form & results has been poor & they look like relegation certs already..
Man City must of been hurting at losing to Norwich last week to come back from defeat with a victory in this manner..

I mean, anyone in their right mind would rather lose the odd game to a multi billion assembled team than watch a 200m assembled team draw to Brentford or lose every game to teams assembled with recycled bottles. Imaging Jones putting his Witt's against guardiola??? FML. Please get rid now

On MOTD it looks like 8-0 flattered Watford.
They also hit the woodwork twice and missed a few chances you’d expect them to finish.

I dont miss going to places like Man C, Chelsea, Arsenal & Liverpool & getting turned over in any way shape or form.

Yeah and them supermodels are dead rubbish too. Can’t be bothered.
Anyway - just watched Sheffield U and Everton - someone’s learned how you build the cage in Yorkshire.

Anyone else disinterested by the PL these days? I haven't watched 1 Prem game this season. I've been to a couple of Northern Premier League Division One South games though, which have been very good.

Feels more real. One thing I like is that you can stand up more or less wherever you want. They are also obviously not playing for the money but there is alot of passion and commitment and I think the standard is decent as well, alot better than I thought it was going to be. I've seen a lot worse Stoke games over the years tbh. Oh and it's a lot cheaper and you can usually park comfortably within 2/3 mins walk from the ground for free. That's my pitch for non-league done with!

How fucking boring.
Not what I consider to be sport.
Like giving a monopoly player all the best properties on the board complete with hotels before the game starts.
Absolutely fucking pointless.

Just watched MOTD, It could have been easily 13or 14. Silva and De Bruyne simply sensational. Some may get bored of watching that football but not me. That’s pure football and a pleasure to watch

Whether it’s good for the league or not you can’t help but be in awe of some of their play.
I can’t remember the last time I’ve seen a player cross a ball with such pin point accuracy as DeBruyne. He runs the show. He doesn’t look tricky or skill full but everything he does is just spot on.
You can spend all the money you want like Man Utd... you still have to train the team to play that way.

To be fair to bon accord it could have been 41-0 but 5 goals were disallowed. I bet Arbroath weren't playing the famous diamond formation ! No but Bon Accord were.
