For up to a year, rather than for the rest of their days, providing the details can be worked out with each EU member state! Not quite as good as it first sounds. A bit like government reassurances about the status of EU citizens in the UK saying that nothing will change for them. And if you're of retirement age and you suddenly have to find your own health insurance - well, it isn't going to be cheap! Or thousands of them can return to the UK and use an already failing NHS!

www.staffs4europe.eu/index.phpHello and welcome to our new supporters Despite the full-volume electioneering bluster coming out of Downing Street, we are making real headway in the struggle against brexit. Johnson's team is in a corner, and there are signs that a majority of MPs would support a further referendum. But we cannot be complacent, because those who back brexit as a licence to exploit a weakened UK stand to gain so much that they will double their efforts in the coming weeks. We must do the same, and we must do it NOW. Join us at the march in London on Sat 19 October Join us if you don't want Johnson to give away your employment rights Join us if you don't want to be poorer because the pound falls again Join us if you value reliable food supplies and safe food Join us if you think that Governments should obey the law and respect international treaties Join us if you agree with this lady that the Prime Minister is a "filthy piece of toerag" And most of all, join us if you want a better, fairer country in a peaceful, greener European Union. This march will be massive Join us and make it even bigger! By voting in the last referendum, you consented to abide by the rules. You can't rightfully complain now.

Irony is alive and well I see. Imagine talking about taking away the 1 thing the common man thought was sacred and who his ancestors fought and died for, his vote. Sometimes the last resort may have to be taken, and I don't mean machine guns on a bridge.
