The worrying thing is, his signings are largely shit.....only three started again yesterday!!!
He needs to bring in better next time should we lose N'diaye or Etebo, or worse... BOTH!!!
It's taken him this long to realise his best side for his favoured formation.... Prior to this, the changed the side every game to get to this conclusion, and if he hasn't changed the side....he's changed the formation!!!
I just hope he doesn't feel tempted to draft Ince or McClean back in the starting 11 anytime soon!!!

I just hope he doesn't feel tempted to draft Ince or McClean back in the starting 11 anytime soon!!! The last 2 games, team selection and tactics have got a lot of fans back onside with NJ. If he tries to shoehorn either Ince or MacLean into this team he will instantly lose a lot of the ground he has just won back with the support. If he needs to rest players it should be for a direct swap not changing formation to get TI or JM into the team. They should both be on the bench until their time ot come on as a substitute arrives. It was really pleasing on Saturday to switch like with like when Hogan came of for Campbell - previously he would have taken a striker off and put a midfielder on. Keeping 2 uptop for the whole 90 minutes won us that game

Well he has to stay for now. What I will never understand (assuming that we push on from here), is why did it take him so fucking long to achieve results? He thought he was sacked so went all out playing two up front and a striker he never fancied and it worked. Will be intersting to see at what point he reverts to the shape and tactics used in the previous 30 odd games.

He should be sacked tonight, it’s already weeks too late.
He is out of his depth and if he stays we’re going down.

It's a mess. His diamond just doesn't have the players to play it & it's down to his recruitment, or lack of it. Ward & Edwards as the full backs are simply a joke.. the blueprint he preaches is so far away it's scary.

Two decent wins sandwiched between tonight and Huddersfield and preceded by a run of abysmal performances.
If I was a betting man I wouldn’t be wagering much on a surge up the table.

Defeat on Saturday & we are back to square one 2 wins on the bounce will mean nothing.

Not happy clapping, just seeing things gradually turn in the right direction but still a long way to go, whoever the manger is.

I suppose it depend how you look at things, some people are positive, some negative. After the international break we were demanding a turn in results, if we get a win on saturday then there will clearly have been that improvement. I suppose some people have made their mind up irrelevant of what happens from here on in.

Tell me now who will replace him and that we will make the top 6 and I'm on board.

You obviously want to see our club sink into oblivion.

Absolutely agree anything above 15th from here and we've done great. Some people just need to take a reality check and understand the massive job we have on our hands. There is no magic wand, it's a long hard road with lots of ups and downs this season.
