I had massive issues pairing my alexa to my soundbar, I did it going into the Alexa app on my phone then settings,device settings, then whatever you call your device ie freds echo, little wheel top right ( settings) in there is wireless/ bluetooth, pair new device in there.

I know but make sure BT in ON on your phone😉
