The guy's an utter spanner.
That, or he's been very badly advised. Or both.
Either way, if he's still 'ours' tonight & whether we collectively 'like' him or not, I'm sure he could do a job in our MF.
Whether we'll need the real Mr Motivator to help with any reintegration though, I have no idea.
If he 1. backs himself & 2. stops and thinks about it for half a second, he's got a real chance of playing a massive part in saving our season - with, or without Jones. This exactly- the question is whether a.) he just does what his agent wants and agitates for or b.) he has actively told his agent he doesn't want to play for us. If it is the first then there is a chance he can now buckle down without distraction until January at least and force his way into contention.

I'd be a little skeptical about having him in the starting 11.
- He clearly doesn't want to be here, is he going to toss it off? The last thing we need is another player who can't be arsed. - "Thanks for all your hard work over the summer lads - but Badou, the guy who didn't want to be here AT ALL, is straight back in." - this will kill any morale that may by some fucking fluke still be hanging around. - Technically, he's terrible.

Who are you comparing him to technically? Allen, Clucas, one footed Woods, Cousins? Get real. Him and Etebo ought to boss midfield in this division

I can bearly remember him playing for us but he definitely had some pedigree, I remember everton were linked with him before he came to stoke.
He cost 14 million so we should try and get some moneys worth out Of Him! If he’s fit, willing and able then get him in.

after today if he is still here the best way to get is move in january is to knuckle down and start performing in games for us. same goes for butland because at the moment he is not good enough for the championship.

Don't care how good he is. He doesn't want to be here.
If Nath brings him back into the fold, The message that sends out to the rest of the squad is unquestionably negative.
Take Etebo for example, the lad was sold the dream of getting back into the Premier League immediately, shon at the World Cup, did very well at the African nations... Is he stomping his feet? Nope.
He gets paid a handsome wage and gives 110% every week, keeps his head down and says all the right things.
The LAST thing we need is Badou getting a sniff, he might be a better overall footballer than what we have, but if anyone thinks he'll be remotely interested then you're mistaken.
As someone said above, have him scrubbing the bogs.

So still here is the answer. The only way he is moving any time soon is if he tears up this league between now and the New Year. Get him match fit and in the team. We are desperate enough right now to put everything else aside.

Naymar was so desperate to leave psg.that he was prepared to pay 17 million out of is own pocket to leave.if only our players who wanto out of our club so badly did that we would have more respect for them.

I think the monetary value would have been offset by his signing on fee wages tax etc etc. So I wouldn’t read a lot into it He’s another greedy cunt

He should be nowhere near the dressing room who's confidence is already through the floor. He's part of the reason we're in this fucking state, players living off reputation on big wages that don't want to be here.
He's a dosser and he can fuck off.

Badou and players alike are one of the reasons we are in this mess! F him off To where???? We are duty bound to pay him if he turns up for training and complies with the terms of his contract. At his best, he walks into our team. We simply have to swallow our pride and give him a chance, given our current position.

IF, and that ship has already sailed and sunk, we were in the top 6 and already showing signs of promotion contention, then he ‘might’ just have been talked around.
There is not a cat in hells chance of him bothering his arse now we in this predicament
I’m not sure what we do with him, but that’s what the clubs bigwigs are paid for....

I'd give him the option of redemption (he's good enough) but equally, if he threw it back in our face, I'd throw the book and the rest of the library at him without hesitation.
