What’s the opinions on the female presence on the show...I’m indifferent, but what’s the consensus, better or not?

They should call it Loose Women these days.
Mind you, I was surprised The Alex Scott Show wasn't on last Sunday afternoon on Sky...

The BBC has a massive agenda to pretend football is a female dominated game rather than male.
On the radio two days ago they had an interview with “some Bury supporters near the ground”.....three women and one man. And the man spoke last and was largely kept out of the interview. It’s all part of the agenda to make football appear to be a women’s game.

Alex Scott is a robot . Completely humdrum pundit with nothing to offer.
The new tick the box kid on the block is Sam Quek. Now a BBC pundit and hosts 606, now I'm all for giving folk a chance but she played fucking HOCKEY !!

I caught a few rare minutes of BBC this morning whilst having my poached eggs.
It was an outside broadcast about BBQ'ing.
I honestly had to turn it off as the presenter lurched from one apology to another on behalf of everyone and anyone who might have been offended by meat, global transportation of meat, the smoke/smell, packaging, etc.
The BBC are so utterly tied in knots by the possibility of 'offense' that I long since gave up on it.
The One Show is the worst example. It feels like it's an exercise in politically correct re-education.

I love it when they have a guest who says something mildly contentious and watching that Geordie bloke start squirming as he's getting barked instructions through his ear peace to surgically clean up after the guest comments... he can't be a real Geordie surely? Still, at least that Aled Jones is off the programme.. every other comment from her is a something to do with Wales. The BBC is a politically correct embarrassment.

My post is nothing to do with gender, the show was just dull. Contrived, lacking in personality or invention. Apart from that it was ace😂

Way too exclusive now. 92 league clubs and you mostly bang on about the top 4?

The BBC is an equal opportunities employer! I am watching the Rugby League Cup Final. No women, no BME, I am outraged at the Northern misogynist, racist homophobes! Hope that doesn't offend northerners!

It’s all part of the agenda to make football appear to be a women’s game. The head of bbc sport is female. Expect more female presence on BBC sports programs than even now. Also they will keep telling the UK license payer that women's football and every other cheap minority sport is money well spent.

No problem with female sports presenters as there are many who are very good....Claire Balding, Eleanor Oldroyd for instance.
It’s the agenda of the BBC I struggle with. Let’s pretend men aren’t a big part of football because men are toxic. Err, no.
