I think most people now have trouble with iptv streaming live football which is on sky and BT but i just wanted know what other people have done to make get around this issue. Iv been told by my provider to get a VPN box and a subscription to block sky etc stopping my streaming while these games are on. 25 mins into wolves v man utd mine stopped again and nothing works and pissing me off lol. Any feedback on what others have done would be great π

Never has an issue for a long time. My provider though is in Canada. Most of the time the IFollow is hit and miss but having Rob on here puts that right. The Wolves game is playing fine.

Will depend who you get it from, and how good the service they are getting from servers/providers elsewhere. Some have VPN built in, some don't, some are fly by night resellers, some are from source.
See lots from Β£20, Β£40, Β£60, Β£90 a year
Get what you pay for I think!

I pay an IPTV subscription, Β£75 per year on an Amazon 4K Firestick. All SKY and BT Sports channels. Nothing blocked in 2 years of having it. iFollow games are available too.
Itβs basically a full SKY package and loads of other channels too. American ones to watch various box sets that arenβt available here. PPV events, TV box sets and Movies on demand. Never once had an issue, all for less than 21p per day.

Sky Go uses approx. 750Mb for a 90 minute game (you can monitor it with any data app)
Depends on which codecs/compression the stream is using I guess!
Off a helpful website
How much mobile data does the SKY GO App use?
Mobile data use will fluctuate based on the quality of your internet connection and varies from 160 MB per hour for the lowest connection speed up to 700 MB per hour for the highest quality video stream.
Mobile data use also depends on the video quality setting that you choose in the app and whether you're connected to WiFi or 3G.
We estimate the following mobile data use when streaming audio-video through the SKY GO app.
Example Conditions Total Bitrate kbps Data Usage per hour (MB) Poor internet connection resulting in audio-only 64 28 Slow internet connection 364 160 Good internet connection, SKY GO set to Low Quality video 764 336 Good internet connection, SKY GO set to High Quality video 1064 468 Fast internet connection, SKY GO set to High Quality video 1564 687
