I noticed Eilish McColgan hitting back a few days ago about comments made about her figure. It was interesting hearing Kathy Burke on TV last week complaining about body shaming and referring to anorexic models. Some people are born thin I don't think she understands the fact that if you refer to them in the way she did then she's no better than the people she's criticising. www.bbc.co.uk/sport/athletics/49321140

First girlfriend I lived with suffered from anorexia, this was many years ago when it was even less understood than it is now.
You wouldn't wish it on someone, horrible disease.

Spent 6 months in a mental institute when I was 14 met a load of girls with anorexia, left there and a girl I met in there never got out she died at 24. Lived most of her life in an institute just to die...
