It says above Youth v sexuality Some youths got punched aswell. I guess you’ll have to see how the court case pans out. Looks like there's a number of absolute no no's going on here. Hitting women, hitting minors and it's usually the case that the adults take the blame. Not if it goes down as a Hate Crime

Just on the LGBTQ subject, protesters outside a school over teachings of relationships. Now they protest they are not homophobic just asking for their beliefs to be respected🤔 So the Christians who were taken to court over refusing a "gay" cake due to their religious beliefs is this different? Ann Widdecombe expressing her religious beliefs is homophobic? The difference is quite simple one were white Christian the other are Islamic. One group are homophobic the other just religious my arse !!! it's just mental that they are untouchable because of fear. West Mids Police are shithouses for not sorting this out they are unable to act because they are scared.

The cake in question had Bert and Ernie from Sesame St on it making out they were a gay couple, I seem to remember a case in the USA where someone refused similar with Batman and Robin and won their case. The appeal suggested that no one lost potential work etc as a result of them refusing to make the cake and are entitled to refuse business of any kind.

People are calling the school protesters homophobic. The bakery owners that were in trouble for not serving gays are free to protest alongside the Muslims (even though I don’t think any of them are allowed to do it near the schools now) and the Muslims wouldn’t be allowed to discriminate against gays in their shops. The difference in the things that you’re comparing is the massive difference in the things that you’re comparing, not that one is white Christian and one is Islamic.

My point being why are the protesters in Birmingham NOT in court. Several high profile people have stated they are homophobic and have committed hate crimes so why are they not being dealt with. People have been in court for less ie the cake sinario(although they were private prosecutions) In Birmingham the Police should start to bring them to court and if they are scared to do it them where are the LGBTQ community and why are they not challenging this behaviour?

Same here mate, my blood is at 100°c whenever a child doesn’t hear about gay relationships at school, or when everybody that doesn’t love the thought of kids being taught about gays aren’t locked up. And before anybody says it, I’m just passionate about kids learning about gays at school, I’m not just angry because of some weird Islamophobic conspiracy theory about the police/society being scared of offending Muslims or anything. Fucking love woke kids. Faux-outrage galore on Twitter when it’s a straight white Christian but when it’s a Muslim then it’s political correctness gone silence everywhere on all of the easily-outraged LGBTQ+ accounts that I follow. They get away with protesting complicated issues like these without Owen Jones posting a video bitching about it, or getting locked up like those white homophobic bakers. Send them all back to AnnWiddecanistan if they don’t like woke kids.

I don't know if you have read my previous comments on this issue but I was initially wary of kids this young being taught about these issues. I was assured that the classes are very simple, and it's basically "Susan has two mum's" or something like that. So I can understand parents having reservations about these classes, but I honestly feel they are being tiptoed around and can't think of any other reason apart from their faith. If it was Christian parents doing this I think there would be universal condemnation of it, and The Guardian would be all over it. Even Jess Philips thinks the parents are out of order, and she said so in person to them. Why would she do that, if there wasn't a problem?

I think there has been loads of condemnation of it, and plenty of people agreeing with the protesters, including somebody that could be PM in a few weeks, Ester McVey. It’s a complex issue. Saying that there’d be even more condemnation of it than there already has been (I’ve seen shit loads) if they weren’t brown people is Islamophobic twoddle and I think if anything there’d be less condemnation if they were white because the racists on The Oatcake wouldn’t be so interested in it.

Well, I will humour you even though I shouldn't. Philips showed some guts in a difficult situation. She isn't tiptoeing, but others are, or are completely silent on the issue. If Rees Mogg or someone similar had been involved in this, he would have been slaughtered. He's routinely mocked on here as it is. I was saying it is a complex issue, so I don't get the shitty response? Also, lay off with the Islamophobic and racist stuff with me; I am neither.

It's about being fair, I know you won't agree but equality is just that. I dislike children being scared of going to school because of "flying picket" protesters there for months on end without it being sorted. You do agree there has been crimes committed I'm asking why are they not being dealt with. Experience would tell me it's the fear of being called racist that is putting children and staff at risk and that can not to right. The protesters are NOT parents they are "professional" protesters.

Even though most people think that slavery only exists overseas, modern slavery in the UK is thriving. The British Government estimates that tens of thousands of people are in modern slavery in the UK today.
Most people are trafficked into the UK from overseas, but there is also a significant number of British nationals in slavery. The most common countries of origin are Albania, Vietnam, Nigeria, Romania and Poland.
Most commonly people are trafficked into forced labour in industries such as agriculture, construction, hospitality, manufacturing and car washes. Many women and girls are trafficked for sexual exploitation.
Who do you think is making money from these people ?

Were the white British indigenous people of those areas you quoted ever asked about having mass immigration into their streets and towns? We are told all about the Windrush constantly but why was it imposed upon us, we didn't need this immigration then or now... We are a tiny island we need zero immigration it's that simple.
