I'm aiming for a good amount of people π don't want say fully, but going off the amount of people I know personally who have swapped and off Twitter there seems to be a nice amount already. When/if we come to expand into other sections those avenues will be spoken to with the club. I'd love be at the the front row and we have the whole section all the way to the back of like-minded fans going berserk hahaha I'm sure when new players sign, we'll get people giving us their suggestions and a few will get sung for sure. Personally would like to have more songs about Stoke, so when players do leave we still have songs to sing about. Should get yourselves one of those continental style banner like Ajax have. Would look really cool. Good luck with it. I personally hate songs about other teams, a bit of banter v the opposition fine but when you hear fans singing about a local team they're not even playing but just my hang upΒ Β You can't beat a wall of scarves for meΒ More songs about our history be decent and just songs to fit around the tune of Stoke City, 1863, etc... we'll see what happens. Loved it when Besiktas did the scarf waving, looks ace when there's a good amount doing it imo. At the back of the South Stand there is a massive blank wall, we are going fill the whole wall with a banner.

New Song Idea - It will wind Forest up when we play them, but can be sung at any game.
To the tune of 'December, 1963' by The Four Seasons
Oh Stoke City Proudly founded 1863 Matthews, Banks, We've got our History And we're quite good at pottery (dodgy line I know - but adds some humour)
and repeat

The obvious one ..though itβs a rewording of Liverpoolβs dig at Chelsea .. to the tune of lord of the dance
Who then , whoever you may be What do you call history Founders of the league Born 1863 Thatβs real football history
Rhymes , fits , no swearing , no lah lah , and no claps ..

Attachment DeletedOur logo for Unita 1863. Unita an obvious one but worth explaining nonetheless. Taken from the club's Latin motto 'Vis Unita Fortior'. Hopefully the beginning of a new united chapter for the fan base. The navy and cardinal colours nod to that of the original colours of 'Stoke Ramblers' first worn in 1863 and again as 'Stoke' in 1873. Boar's Head is taken from the Stoke-on-Trent coat of arms and earlier SCFC crests, the boar's head represent courage.

Interesting and imho an excellent move to see the boars head represented.. being itβs from Stoke upon Trent , Copeland family ....itβs something I feel the club should have adopted and promoted as a club symbol years ago π .. the eagle I believe is from longton , another Stoke strong hold
Animals , birds etc , especially heraldic ones, provide strong symbolism , imagery and marketing opportunities ..
Early days , but you may wish to check and look into copyrighting , registering a trademark
Probably the most famous football law case was Liverpool obtaining the rights to the Liver bird as their own .. it had long been used in several guises by others ..including British Home Stores on polo shirts ..

Just out of curiosity, can I ask, why did you decided to go with "Unita", given that it means "united", it would be obvious if we were Stoke United? Did you consider going with "Fortior" i.e. "stronger" at any point?

Decided on the Boar, as just think Eagles have been used quite a lot in other stuff and flags for countries etc. Personally liked that the Boar's head represents courage...think it's taken myself and the other lads courage to do something like this. Thanks for the advice on copyright π

We took a democratic vote between the lads and it was decided on Unita 1863. It's part of the club and city's motto and don't think we should get too worried that it means united and embrace that word is part of our club's history - might not be called Stoke United, but we're united for our love and passion for Stoke City and together 'United Strength is Stronger'. Appreciate you like the badge π alternative version out tonight (I'll post it on here).

To avoid any confusion with a certain club called United... Why don't you name the new family stand choir
..Unit A 1863..
Just a play on the name and it sounds a bit more menacing. Personally speaking this sort of prepared singing section is not to my taste, but good luck and enjoy yourselves at the game.

Some funny comments and don't want keep quoting them all or I'll be here all day π 'boar-ing' football hahaha we get it's not everyone's cup of tea, but The Oatcake response has been 100 times better than I thought! Just be reassured there will be NO drums, clacker things and balaclavas!

Unit A 1863 sounds like a geriatric ward in some home Would expect them to burst into 'Hang out the washing on the Siegfried line' rather than a few Stoke numbers.

Contrived cack. Winning football gets the fans singing. End of What a soulless take that is. According to your view, every supporter of an underachieving club should just sit there, arms folded, like a customer with expectations to be occasionally fulfilled before only then reacting. Of course winning helps but some folk believe it's a 2 way street.Being proactive can actually help teams. Some of my favourite Stoke atmospheres ever happened when we had crap teams, out of form teams and on days we didn't even win.
