As I’ve said so many times , no pain is too great to inflict in that the vilest of institutions the world has ever seen , anyone ever touched by them has the modern day plague , may they rot in hell For eternity finding misery beyond the comprehension of man . I know we are a shit show of an organisation recently, but why would you wish misery on young Collins. 😉

If he’s good enough for immediate action at 17 then that’ll be 30m please+ add ons. If hes under 21 they don't have to pay anything till it goes to tribunal - is that still the case or am I just making shit up to get me more depressed?

Good point - that's why I asked the question as many bright young things have been filched from smaller teams and given a pittance in pay off

Cheers Darren, you fucking snake. It's just not enough for some people to con a not insignificant amount of money out of our club by claiming they are a professional footballer is it, even though the only time he gets above snails pace is when his ring-piece starts to burn.

If players who are not performing are preferred then it woild be only natural to have your head turned.

So that's 1m Collins, 15m minus the brum cut for butland, about 4m no doubt for Allen. I can see it now. And the members of the board will strut around like they're Daniel bloody levy.

Imagination! What ones our negative fans possess. Since when has it been any different that top clubs rifle through the squads of inferior clubs and harvest perceived talent. Nathan Collins appears to be a developing pearl and it is stupid to think that every top Premier League Club will not be monitoring his progress. We should be celebrating that at present he is a Stoke player. Well done Stoke Academy in acquiring this talent. I cannot believe the flack the Stoke management is getting for not playing him. A seventeen year old talent playing regularly in a toxic environment where negative fans put their even more toxic minds to highlighting perceived mistakes. Management has a responsibility to protect its young talent and educate them well. If Collins goes to a top club then that is what happens. I agree we must maximise the profit we can make. I shall monitor his progress with interest!

If so, an employee telling a former employer which our assets to take?

If we can’t offer Collins some significant game time next season to keep him here on the back of the 2/3 brilliant performances from last season then we really are a crock of shit.
All this talk about wanting “young, hungry, technical athletes” is a load of bollocks and the early signs of giving 30 year olds contracts is likely what you’ll see all summer.
Collins should be a prime example of our “new regime”. It seems all this talk about young, hungry players and building for the future is a steaming pile of bullshit.
I despair. Tell him he’s a key part of our promotion push next season and tell United to fuck off!!

If this has any sense of truth why is anyone surprised. Any player who has been at the shit has one loyalty and one loyalty only... to the shit. They see themselves better than any other club and have nothing for us... Higginbottom is another example. With the shits association with ireland as well their could be some legs in this. Completely right. In other news, following advice from Lee Grant, our crack recruitment team is poised to swoop for Rashford.

I was hoping he would play a big role in turning things around for us this next couple of seasons. If they want him they can pay at least what Bournemouth have just pissed away on that bang average bristol city defender

We had a nothing end to the season where they could have played and they didn’t. Who cares if we’d finished 20th instead of 16th. If it was a choice between first team football here then he might want to stay. But no let’s spend money on CBs we don’t need. It’s our own fault yet again.

I think generally the stick Jones has got about the young players is unfair, but it really is difficult to see why he played Williams instead of Collins in those last few games.
