I doubt anything could be as bad as the name on our stadium If you say so Nothing will beat Hunky Dory Park in Drogheda ( a crisp brand for those of you not familiar with them).

Does anyone know how this deal is structured. Do the daft pair own the club as a personal asset or does vile now become an unattached division of their business in a similar structure to ourselves with 365?

They could have an American slant, and call it The Begging Bowl.

Do the daft pair own the club as a personal asset or does vile now become an unattached division of their business in a similar structure to ourselves with 365? The long and short will just be it depends, they won't have had time to clear the paperwork to make it a subsidiary of their company yet. In April however they set up Synsol Holdings Limited (incorporated on 18th April: beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/11954695/filing-history ) which suggests they would likely be looking at adding the club to their group of company accounts. Losses of a million or so a year for a few years could be quite the nice little (and perfectly justified to be fair as there's nothing wrong with the practice when its genuine and not one company tanking massive losses while paying all its profits to a company outside of the country to avoid taxes) tax reduction, not that there's any need to maybe start planting seeds of doubt in the minds of Vale fans. They'll already be outraged in 3-5 years anyway.

Slightly off topic the best named stadium I visited this season was Basildon fc Ho Ho stadium named apparently after the local Chinese takeaway
It was certainly cheerful as Dereham won 4-0 Sadly the forthcoming season it’s been renamed the cousins car wash and valeting arena

They should name it the Katie Price stadium - they might get a few more men inside it that way...
