Not surprised by this. I bet he was desperate to get out of the club after the treatment he got vs QPR. Just waiting for the same tools to go mental when he starts bagging for Bristol 👍🏼 Ooooor.....maybe he should have been thinking, I had a shit season last season, it's time I pulled my socks up and tried harder, instead of putting in the half arsed display he did on Sat'day!!! He only got the backlash of the fans frustration of him!!!

Jones’s reaction to Afobe on Saturday when he let that ball go out said it all and it’s not the 1st time either, his days under Jones in my opinion were always going to be short

All of a sudden we have 4 strikers and one of which is a kiddie. Thin on the ground. How is it all of a sudden? That’s exactly the position we’ve been in all along

I'll say one thing for Jones. He's one ruthless b*****d. No messing around in getting rid of players he doesn't think will do the job, regardless of whether people think his judgement is correct or incorrect.

He’s spent the whole pre season basing his side around Afobe. One thing happens and he’s gone. It’s another 5 weeks of planning he’s wasted.

Probably just me , and no I'm not really a fan of Afobe. But I'm struggling to see the thinking of NJ to select a bloke in the starting X1 ahead of Gregory and Campbell has a poor game again and then loans him out 5 days later. What was his thinking behind his selection as surely this wasn't the plan at 3-00pm last Saturday. Strange mindset Yep. Said the same yesterday. It doesn't seem very joined up thinking does it? Strange.

Well whilst I did not agree with it I feel THE BOOING on Saturday played a part in this deal.
After that I don’t think I would want to come back to that. A little sad really.

No doubt we've flung out Benny Kafobe and the real Benik Afobe turns up in Bristol.

Afobe was clearly in his plans, and one bad performance (Which was nowhere close to being as bad as Vokes') surely wouldn't have changed his mind.

If that's the reason we've got a very sensitive centre forward and a very weak manager. Considering his planning seemed to involve Benny then I find it incredible.

I think the reception Benik got last weekend would be enough for him to say ‘ fcuk this’
No doubt he’ll score a hatrick on saturday

If he'd have bothered he wouldn't have got that reception. Let's face it, he's not got going since he's been here. Ta-ra Benik.

I think letting him go will be a double edge sword.
We needed to get rid, but I bet he comes good at Bristol.
