Penalties: 41 of last 42 faced have gone in; 10 of last 13 awarded we've missed. Nearly 70 games without scoring more than two in a match- more than double the next team. And the one that was saved, they scored from the rebound Classic St0ke π

3 wins in 25 away games in league and cup. All by 1-0.
9 0-0 draws this season.
This is a catalogue of utter shite isn't it π΄

We have won less games under Jones than we did under Alan Ball when he took over mid season.
However Ball inherited a team at the bottom of the table.

Alan Durban took over at a similar time of year to Jones. The second similarity was that both times we had been relegated the previous season.
Durban won 7 games, getting us up to 7th and setting the scene for promotion the following year.
Jones, meanwhile ...........

TP won 9 games after he took over in November following the chaos of the Quitters departure.

Oi you bunch of knicker wetters - this is supposed to be a thread of Statistics not a general moan session! In that vein, here's a stat for you:
1 (real) Trophy in 150+ years of existence. This season has been crap, but it matches the other 100 or so where we have been crap and under-performed on and off the pitch.

Watching them is still better than going to Dunelm to look at cushion covers - Believe me I tried it in the relegation season and yes, sitting amongst you moaning fuckers is far far better than deliberating over what matches a brown leather 3 piece best. Perhaps a nice russet or even these fetching chintz numbers. Here's my stats - A pint or two in The Staff, watch the game, another pint or two after = Stoke 1 - Dunelm (and all other purveyors of haberdashery, etc) 0
ONCE IN, NEVER OUT (APART FROM THE DUNELM SEASON OBVIOUSLY)
