OK, sorry for the rest of you but relieved to see it's not just me having problems today. Utter incompetence though. What genius decided to change log in system with two games to go. Why could this not have waited for close season and a decent roll out??

A courtesy notification would have been nice. I missed 10 minutes of the game, I am hoping to get a refund

I did eventually get in by creating a mystoke account. But I missed about 30 minutes of the game. I’ve sent a couple of emails to customer support. Suggest everyone does the same.

It's because of the merging of accounts into the new "My Stoke" account. I can’t even get into my account fo news etc. As Jim Royale would say.....like my arse

It works pretty shit most of the time. It's completely overprices. £50 for the season would be taking this piss. Was it £110? Taking the piss. I complain all the time to them, flickering screens, picture freezing, commentary not working, shite commentary when it is working, cameraman , no replays, no clock. I usually get £6 back if I lay it on thick To be fair though, it shouldn't be a case of needing to spend time and energy making repeated complaints...any professional service provider is well aware of the failings in its service and should be the first out of the blocks when it comes to apologies and any offer of compensation

But my login name isn't known now? Where do I reregister? Can you see the game now? Please. Thanks Top right hand corner to reregister You have to sign in as if you don’t have an existing account. So they want an email address and a new password They send you a verification code and you confirm it, then you’re good to go I did all that, and then when I got back onto the main site and tried to login in, in didn't recognise my password...neither the old one nor my new one. Then after pissing about with various versions of login details and much tearing out of non-existent hair, it suddenly accepted my details and I got to watch the last 3 minutes of the first half Not that I've missed much mind...

Hi, I have decentish internet for my country (australia), not sure how it stacks up to others but ive been able to comfortably watch stoke in the premier league in ultra hd on my media player box (fetch tv) for the last 2 seasons and can still watch premier league in ultra hd right this minute. Ive concluded my internet and or wireless connection is not the problem. I watch all stoke games of a very high end laptop or my phone through the official stream/ifollow/robsrabbit stream. All 3 of these lag every now and then and constantly buffer. Even in the lowest 240p setting on the official ifollow stream. Im at my wits end of how to fix this problem becauae staying up to 2am every weekend filled with excitement is soon killed with the constant buffering of stream etc. I have 2 questions 1.For anyone that just watched the first half on millwalls ifollow stream was it constantly buffering, no matter what quality? 2. Does watching a stream over computer/mobile affect its fluency over watching it on a media player? I really dont know what to make of it all and just assume its stokes/ifollows stream but there is no solution to it? Here is my speedtest from 30 minutes ago- www.speedtest.net/result/8217637401.pngFor what its worth its usually in high 40's and rarely spikes

As anticipated issues again signing into Live+. Details 'Unrecognised',though I've been using them since day 1. Missed the first 10 minutes creating new details, awaiting confirmation codes etc. As this is the last game they're covering this season why on earth didn't they wait until the next one? Stoke's admin never fail to disappoint.
JUST PASTED this from another thread.

So instead of working on how to improve the viewing experience , like replays, a clock a better Cameraman and commentator, they decided to make everyone register Genius

A blessing in disguise in hindsight, awful service, awful season. I wish I hadn't bothered.
