We virtually have the whole spectrum of neurosis on here. BTW, isn’t it the Turin Shroud...

Whatever a geeza believes, the chuffin' only fin' that's important is ter respect and tolerate 'is fellow ice cream freezer's views. The bloomin' shroud may be only a scrap of old clof ter sum, but let's not forget it's sacred ter others

Well whether it is genuine or not, I completely fail to see the importance of the Shroud. As death shrouds used to be wrapped around the dead body, it is interesting that we see a full body image? There are enough pieces of wood from the "actual" cross, to rebuild the Italian Navy. I have been to at least seven Med countries that boast to have the oldest Olive Tree in the world. This piece of cloth isn't genuine. If it was, so what? It neither proves or disproves anything. What about "The Robe"? Oh sorry, that was just pure Hollywood ....
If this piece of cloth were actually proven to be genuine, what would happen? You would get Numpties queueing to worship it ..... How stupid can that be?
