Need help guys - I've got terrible tendonitis in my foot - any quick remedies as I've got a busy afternoon/evening planned?

No shortcuts with this I'm afraid. Rest, ice and elevation can help, but it's just time that will sort it out really. And obviously don't do whatever it was that caused it.
I've had it in my achilles where I can actually hear the tendon moving inside its sheath as I walk 🤢

Rest, ice and ant inflammatory diet add elevation when you can and Mary's got it. If it hangs around get it checked medically, tendonitis can become a naggy prob over time if you're unlucky or don't rest it off properly.

Depends what part of the foot, massage the area with golf balls or frozen water bottle
