Could be good news for us Looks like we're going to keep Butland then till the end of the season. There was talk last January of 'buying out' the 20% on any profit clause. I think we should be on the phone now to then. £1m right now should do it. Would make selling him easier.

Couldn’t happen to a nicer club. I wouldn't be too quick to judge, don't forget we are relying on Tony Scholes to navigate us throughout the complexities of FFP.

Wonder how close we are sailing to the wind. We are nowhere near Birmingham. Their pre tax losses are £30 million to our £3 million and their wages to turnover ratio is over 200% to our 79%.

Is this points deduction still a real possibility? And why is this a reference to a second points deduction. I've lost track of what is going on.

We should be given a 20 point increase. We have signed players who should be either at Stafford Rangers or Hedensford Town. Managers employed who couldn’t hack it in the local Sunday Leagues . Apart from .............. we have our out on loan wasters , they should be sacked for stealing a living. I hate them . But at least they were watched 25 times before they were allowed to wear our shirt .Get this nightmare season over , roll on August.

How long before we are in the same boat? Not long given the mess of a transfer team we have. I'm hoping they give Derby a minimum of 9 points.

No news then? Someone dithering somewhere. Perhaps there's a load of negotiation and potential financial manouvering going on.

You’d think it would be sorted soon, but who knows. Especially as playoff and relegation positions need confirming

Yes. By now you'd think the need to know would have become critical, not just for the two clubs under threat, but for the rest of the Championship as well.

I don’t think we need either to get a points deduction for us to be safe, but it would be hugely comical if Wayne Rooney’s Derby were relegated.

Why only 3 points when they were deducted 9 last season and failed again to keep in line with rules? Surely should be same or more?
