Is Gradi still sat at home suspended on full pay after all this time? Fucking stinks if that's the case...... Not on full pay but I read somewhere that he received £20K in the last set of accounts.

Seems too much of a coincidence that he just happens to be involved in two of the highest profile incidents of sexual abuse in football. Or is he just unlucky?!🤔

Seems too much of a coincidence that he just happens to be involved in two of the highest profile incidents of sexual abuse in football. Or is he just unlucky?!🤔 Buried in the 300 page report at Chelsea its stated that Dario was told about Heath by a concerned father, and the way in which Dario explained he handled it was to mention it in passing without raising it through the correct channels. The report concluded that Dario was a liar and that his evidence was a load of crap.

Seems too much of a coincidence that he just happens to be involved in two of the highest profile incidents of sexual abuse in football. Or is he just unlucky?!🤔 It's a strange one. As far as I'm aware, there's been no allegations or suggestions that he was actively involved in any abuse or that he actively helped to facilitate it. However it does seem like there's a strong possibility that he either knew or suspected that dodgy stuff was going on with other coaches and he chose to, as a minimum, deliberately turn a blind eye to it. Or even worse, actively help to cover it up and deflect attention away from it. If he has done that, we can only guess at the motivations. Was he trying to protect what he thought were good coaches and decided that the 'results' in terms of producing quality young players and protecting the good name of the club outweighed the consequences of their shady characters?

Was he trying to protect what he thought were good coaches and decided that the 'results' in terms of producing quality young players and protecting the good name of the club outweighed the consequences of their shady characters? Or was he a pervert himself who didn't want to get involved with the dirty business himself but got off a bit on what was going on? Or has he just been 'lucky' so far that none of his victims have come forward so far? Maybe he was less prolific? There are a lot of questions he's going to have to answer at some point. There's too much smoke for him to just stay silent forever. He knew about it and some of the findings are concerning RE Dario "Now 78, Gradi is accused of attempting to smooth over allegations of Heath assaulting a youth player during a visit to the player and his father. Geekie explains in the review that Gradi knew he would be named in the report, with the ex-Crewe chief eventually giving his own account to the inquiry. Gradi told the Geekie report that the father of the boy did not want the complaint to “get Eddie Heath into trouble”, insisting he informed club management of the allegations. “The fact that he (the father) didn’t want it to go any further, in other words, took the pressure off me as far as I was concerned,” Gradi is quoted as saying in the Geekie report. “I think I probably would have tried to stand up for Eddie Heath a bit.” www.dorsetecho.co.uk/sport/national/17818938.dario-gradi-criticised-chelsea-sex-abuse-report/

I have to be careful here in what I say in 1998/9 was told a story about someone at Crewe by an fa coach (I worked with him) as he knew of my past links with the club through my dad, that a person at crewe liked young boys and it wasn't bennel.
The question is if the fa knew then why was there no action .
I have posted this before a few times but still feel that until it comes out I cant name names.
