Apologies if there’s already a thread, but i cudner see one There is parking on London Rd itself where the designated away pub(The Navigation) is but I’d imagine you’d have to get there early to get a space.Opposite this pub is Derby Conference Centre which has 200 spaces for away fans at £5 per car apparently.Traffic is horrendous on matchdays around Pride Pk so allow a lot of time to get here

Terrible ground to get away from after the game, worse than Stoke if you park near the ground. If you want to eat try booking into 7 then you can park for free on there but be prepared to leave match early if you want to get away. Otherwise look at parking on the other side of the a52 and walking across the footbridge. I also think you can park on the fireplace store just off the west bound a52. They close the road to cars from the ground down towards the retail park on the a52 (the Wyvern) after the match.

There are a couple of parking areas between the station and the Intu which would be best, or even in the Intu itself. Only a 10 min walk to the ground, and you won't have the joy of trying to get off Pride Park. A few mkns walk further and there are a few car parks near The Spot which would also be ok.

Not been to Pride Park for years Anyone recommend parking places and pre match pubs From what I’ve been told the pubs the away fans are allowed in are The Navigation,Tiffany Lounge(the old Crown and Cushion),The Station(Midland Rd) and Mansion wine bar(Midland Rd). The rest like The Brunswick,Waterfall,Merlin I’m informed are now home fans only with tickets having to be shown. With a lot not coming on trains it’s not ideal now for drinking because 3 of those pubs are as you walk out of the station.

Don't some of the factories on Ascot Drive do parking or is it just as hard to get away from there after the match? From there it's a stroll to the Navvy and then about 10 mins to the ground.

I’ll be honest mate and say I’m not sure but if so that’s a good place to try and park

If you've come on the train you can get out on the Pride Park side over the Bridge but I don't think you can just walk in off Midland Road and wander over the bridge into Pride Park. I think it's all barrier controlled now. So you'd need a ticket.

Just let the staff at the barriers know that you are just walking across

I very nearly made a joke on here last night about parking in our goal mouth.
Oh well, missed opportunities and all that...

I’d have thought any nearby grass verge should be fine according to some of the ... posters on here? Or is the Highway Code differently interpreted in different counties? 🤣
Hope all got away safe and sound. Decent point. 😁👍

Parked on The Harvester and was back in Manchester for 23:30.
Easy enough to get away, be interested to know how many fans were actually at the game mind as it certainly wasn’t the 25,000 announced (not just our fans then)
