With comments like these off fans of the club,I would hate to see what his enemies say about him.

He looked like he'd never played before which should be enough to secure him a lengthy run in the starting 11

He's proved one thing today, he's ultra consistent at being utterly wank. Embarrassing performance.

He was never a good finisher, but what on Earth happened to his pace between now and the end of last season, running in treacle 5 minutes after coming on! He was never that quick.

When people say Shawcross has gone it makes you realise how daft that is when you see what’s happened to Diouf. He really is awful and he can’t even run any more to make up for his lack of ability.

80 minutes of staggering ineptitude. Was he really any worse than what Afobe or McLean have been offering lately? Yes much worse and that doesn’t take away from how poor Afobe & McLean have been.

Some mitigation that it was only the second time he'd been on the pitch in nearly 6 months.
But, yes, it was a classically bad Diouf performance.
Our options up front are genuinely embarrassing.

Got to give players a chance, he has hardly played in months. If Vokes is out he will get sharper with games and even today he got into 2 or 3 good positions which few of our players do.

Got to give players a chance, he has hardly played in months. If Vokes is out he will get sharper with games and even today he got into 2 or 3 good positions which few of our players do. Diouf and Afobe are awful and it was like playing with a man down when Vokes went off. Some mitigation for Diouf as he has hardly played but as for Afobe - I can only assume that at Wolves he played facing the goal as a poacher because he seems to be incapable of performing for us in any forward role that we require. Not brave enough to get between defender and ball and link the play, not quick enough to play over the top, movement is truly awful and provides no outlet for the man in possession, can't control the ball, win headers, pass...…….

You would have thought at his age that he at least understood the offside rule. Today he clearly demonstrated that he has no idea what it is. His performance today was a total embarrassment on every front. If he was wondering why he hasn't been playing, now he knows and so do we. Can't believe Jones didn't sub the sub, so poor was his performance. On another but similar subject, Ince wasn't much better either. Contributed very little and always seems to be facing the wrong way. We are looking pretty desperate up front and wide.

Really hate being negative and really wanted the lad to have a blinder, but he was fucking shit! Don't wish to see him on the pitch for us again to be honest. I know he lacks game time and has had personal issues, but sentiment aside we have to do better. We're embarrassing!

Oh dear.
There's another player who seemed to get better the longer he was out of the team. Once the harsh reality is in-front of us again, everyone remembers just how fucking awful he actually is.

Competitive Diouf hating. 😀 Actually he was Ok first half but looked tired and isolated 2nd half He was dreadful first half. Failed to anticipate anything, constantly offside, fucked up a decent break by ignoring two better options, taking an age so their entire defence got back into position then blasted the eventual shot miles over.

Edwards 2nd half was dreadful too mate He was repeatedly rinsed by El Ghazi including for the goal having given the ball away very easily in the first place. Doesn't change how poor Diouf was. I was just pointing out Diouf wasn't alone in his poohness.

Yes this happens a lot *see* Bauer Bojan Berahino etc etc I’d prefer him stick with the team that most closely resembles the team he’ll play next season and get on with it (he should have seen enough of everyone to know by now)

Competitive Diouf hating. 😀 Actually he was Ok first half but looked tired and isolated 2nd half He was dreadful from the second he came on not just the second half. Anything he ever had which marked him out as a professional footballer eg, his pace, prodigious leap and willingness to run round he has totally lost. Morrison's are after trolley collectors I think.
