Don't know if anyone's interested but it started tonight. France leading a poor Wales team 16-0 at half-time but Wales turned it round and completely dominated the second half to win 24-19 ! Great comeback but some really poor French errors gifted then the win.
Scotland v Italy first up tomorrow and them it's Ireland v England in a really tough match for England.
Ireland have to be favourites for the title again this year.

That was one heck a turnaround. A bit like us going 1-0 up then gifting the game to the opposition in the 2nd half. (Hopefully those all too familiar days have ended.)
Sometimes I really don't know if I prefer rugby to footy. I'm looking forward to the rest of the tournament.

For all the meddling of the RFU, Rugby has become as dull as ever. Egg chasing. That said, nogger is also $#!t ☹️

Saw a bit. Who agrees. That someone like Neymar wouldnt last 5minutes against those guys Heard Stuart Pearce on talksport other night. For some reason he was at Super League launch. They said to him you would have done alright coz you were a hard player. He said looking at the size of those guys not a chance they would eat me alive.

Pressure is on Ireland to deliver in World Cup year. Can they handle being favourites?
I think they'll batter us today though.

Wales were always going to turn it around last night. If there's 2 things I know about the French team it's that 1) they always tire in the second half and 2) they bottle it/lose their discipline under pressure.
Can't wait for the England game today. We've got probably the best starting 15 (on paper) for quite a while under Jones but Ireland are the best and most efficient team in the world right now.

Brilliant performance to score four tries and get a bonus point victory in Ireland !
Totally dominated the Irish forwards and were quick to close down their attacks. Just a bit sloppy to concede that last try though. Looking good so far, hopefully a big win against France next week.
World Cup year as well so we need to keep the momentum building.

As Clive just said, the best England performance I can remember for quite some time. I posted earlier that this was the strongest 15 England had on paper and boy did they prove it?! Now to smash the frogs next week.

Hopefully England will be fully up for the game next week and the French will be devoid of any confidence after their second half meltdown against Wales. I'm sure Eddie Jones won't let the level drop again this year like it did last year. Plus this year's fixtures have worked in our favour, with home games against France, away to Wales (title decider ?), and then home to Italy and Scotland.

Having recently purchased BT Sport I've been watching an awful lot of Premiership Rugby and thus decided to "follow" a team and picked Sale. I avoided Exeter and Saracens because one cannot be a glory hunter but I liked the look of some of the players Sale have. Faf De Klerk is an amazing 9 and they also have quite a few good England players too. The Curry brothers, Ashton, Solomona etc.

This is the first season for a few years where Sale haven't been consistently in 10th or 11th place although usually fairly well clear of any risk of relegation. Usually the team that gets promoted from the Championship ends up getting relegated. As you say Sale have now got some decent players - Faf is excellent and a really niggly, busy number 9. The Curry brothers have really developed well in the last two years. Denny Solomona is very quick, it's good to have Chris Ashton, in the team, Janse van Rensburg, Josh Strauss, Josh Beaumont etc etc etc. Just hope we can continue to improve and maybe even clinch a Heineken cup spot if we finish in the top 4, although that's probably just a step or two too far just yet !

I've been following the league from afar for a few seasons now so know how it normally works. Unlike in previous seasons though Bristol have got a bigger budget to compete than a normal promoted site would have so has therefore caused a bit more of a stir around relegation with most of the league involved in it really. Newcastle going from top 4 to bottom of the table this season shows how competitive the league is doesn't it?! As for Sale and this season, I think most teams will still fancy joining Saracens and Exeter in top 4 if a run can be put together like Leicester were so famous for doing in previous seasons (not that I think they will season though). It'll probably come down to injuries and I see no reason why Sale can't be in there with a shout.

I love watching the Six Nations, which was when I was footballing the “Home Internationals”.
They always seemed to coincide with the bad weather, when our games were postponed.
The golden days when Wales were outstanding , and exciting to watch, probably in Black and White.
The one thing that has always impressed me is the high quality of Refeeing. The ability to spot infringements and make far more complex decisions in such a fast moving and physical game is frankly quite outstanding.
Well done England, please don’t coincide your games with Stoke fixtures. Today was perfect timing. 😀
