I don’t care who the centre Halves are so long as it isn’t Puss in Boots Bruno Martins Indi.

Go and check- you will find the most clean sheets have been kept with Williams and Shawcross. Indeed since BMI’s return we have gone back to 2 a game conceded. He’s no more a defender than Josh Tymon.

Shawcross comes back, clean sheet v Boro then back to normal. BMI and Zouma last season same again. Clean sheet then back to normal when we changed it. BMI hasn't been playing CB of late

BMI hasn't been playing CB of late I’m glad that your definition of normal includes the 7 conceded at Man C (BMI Zouma and Wimmer). If you want to go back to the first game of our relegation season to our last game and compare goals conceded per game yo will find that it is at its worst in the games that feature BMI- it’s around 1.8 per game. I’m really interested in what you think he actually does- he’s about a centimetre quicker than the other two, he can’t mark an exam never mind a player, he doesn’t win many headers and he gives the ball away in pretty poor situations- as when he put Hugill through when we played Boro. Other than that he’s brilliant.

I just have absolutely zero idea whether Jekyll or Hyde will turn up at Dull tomorrow. So, I'll be glad of a point, chuffed if we can nick it, for morale as much as anything we can do without losing this one.

Corrigan was signed as an academy player.
Jones totally blamed Williams and Indi for Preston's second goal last week.

I hope Woods and Ince will be recalled to prove that they still have the ability to produce some good football and help Stoke progress. Woods needs to produce the form he had when he first arrived. Hope Shawcross and Batth can work together.

Butland Bauer Batth Indi Clucas Woods Allen Etebo Bojan Vokes Afobe This would be good! That back 4 is the best we can hope for at the moment,Williams and Shawcross are far too slow, would love to see Bojan behind the front 2,NJ needs to try it anyway, nothing else seems to be working.

2-3
We’ve not been great away from home but Hull are missing all their CB’s I think and our record is good against them (1 win out of 15 for Hull). They weren’t great against Blackburn last week losing 3-0. Can see this being a tough match in tough conditions with lots of goals with us just edging it.

Not sure Afobe is a good choice, he's been dire lately.

They weren’t great against Blackburn last week losing 3-0. Can see this being a tough match in tough conditions with lots of goals with us just edging it. The local media are expecting a Hull win on the grounds that their last match against Blackburn was a blip, being the first defeat since November. They fully expect to win today and press on for a play-off place. Getting 3 goals would be a first time in the league since when? Hope you are right.

I’m afraid I predict a 1-0 defeat. Sorry everyone, I’m just a realist. Hope I’m wrong.
NB obviously, if Bojan starts we will win 4-0. Obviously. No, really.

Joe Allen scored the first goal that day and I expect he’ll be on the scoresheet again this afternoon 😎

Some optimistic predictions.
Hull are the form team in the league, we are the complete opposite.
3 1 Hull.
